This is turning more into a debate. I say we leave it as that and await for management.

Guys what this comes down to for anything to be down we need to report it, Senior Management will ignore us or tell us to take it to the forums. People need to learn from their mistakes not get away with it. If it’s either a talk or a verbal warning or strike or a removal from the team it needs to be dealt with. If stuff isn’t sorted then Senior Management won’t really know what’s going on. I’m only going off by the comments currently I have not read or understood the full report. I believe that aswell. We have minges on the server daily, we can’t just sit there and watch them do it while waiting for staff, we can’t sit there and wait for staff to move them into DOC aswell <<< That would waste so much Staff time. -Support, don’t like what the staff is doing then don’t give him a reason to do it. Also staff is meant to be trusted. Most of these physgun abuse reports are because they are doing their job off duty. I believe the rule should be removed as if we can help someone not getting warned and wasting staffs time to move the person back to our car, it would waste staffs time. We get so many minges a day, even with peek periodsit just waste active staff time for a little 5 second job.

You don’t need to be in the Staff chat. Even tho I’ve only been gone from staff for less then a month but it has never been a rule and has been brought up before. The reason for it not progressing is if you are talking to someone like your friend, non staff players aren’t allowed in the staff room. On top of that, that’s what poking is for.

Well, cursing won't hurt me but I will warn them verbally stating that if you keep that language going you are going to have further punishments to what you're already facing. I will then explain to them that they are being minged for ex-amount of seconds or for the amount of time I was told by higher up. MassRDM situation will be handled with the 600 second minge and a warn for MassRDM after the cursive situation dies down.
