hey everyone. not really gonna doctor this one up, but long story short my girlfriend and i had found out she was pregnant last month. We were very excited as we both want to be parents and have really bad 'baby fever'. On Monday, at roughly 11AM she had a miscarriage and we lost our kid. I dont really mean to make this a "im sad, boo hoo." im trying to stay positive in this situation, and look at the good in it, but it hurts a lot. everything around us is reminding us of what we are missing. A family. If someone would be able to just reach out and check in with me or play games with me once in a while that would be great. Love you guys, and I'd be there if someone needed me; so all i ask is someone does the same for me. Thanks

As the current Stormtrooper Commander, I can say that he had previously initiated combat on at least 3 or 4 different players during this debriefing, before the aforementioned incident with the thermal detonator (he was IG88 at the time). To provide greater context, there were anywhere between 20 to 30 Stormtroopers all cramped into the Stormtrooper Bunks, constantly killing each other, spamming the voice chat, and screaming slurs. Most, if not all, of the combat initiated by him was in an effort to help quell the chaos, either by defending another player from being killed, myself included, or by "tagging" an unruly trooper to mark them for Shock Security to arrest, since it was almost impossible to read any names in this scenario. As for the thermal detonator, I was a witness, and dub his story as accurate. While I do not condone his actions, nor do I believe that he should go unpunished, I do believe that he had good intentions, and should have a less severe punishment as a result.

I like thin and hes a great guy but he went a little too far in this one

+support People have been perma banned for less, he's a long time member and should know better, his personality doesn't excuse him from making death threats against people, and before you call it a joke someone got uncomfortable enough to report it so it wasn't seen as a joke to some people. We need to stop letting long time members get away scot free for making remarks that would've gotten brand new players permabanned.

- Support In lore, SCP 912 attacks anyone not wearing a specific police department's uniform, meaning that if it ran into a regular guard at the Foundation, it would attack that guard. For the purposes of the server, we've obviously changed the rule to allow SCP 912 to both listen to, and respect GENSEC and MTF authority. Changing the rule would further allow SCP 912 to be a sole benefit to Foundation forces, however it would reduce SCP 912's RP ability. This rule was intentionally written to force those players with weapons around SCP 912 to be careful, as those not specifically in GENSEC or MTF would be vulnerable to 912 attempting to arrest them.

Now after a lot of consideration when reading through this post and seeing the evidence, I have decided to NOT Blacklist Spectre, but he will be stripped from his Staff Rank and put on a Staff Restriction for some time. He will be keeping all his other positions within the server. Over the time Spectre has been on ImperialRP he has worked incredibly hard to get where he is today which is being one of the highest Role-Play ranks a person can get on the server, and reaching the rank of Admin and almost getting all the progression done for the rank of Senior Admin. Spectre has been incredibly active, to get where he is today and all of that work will not just disappear. To which based on this report it looks like he was just trying to get a fresh start and fix the mistakes from the past, which he has done but on the wrong account but he has worked hard for his position and because of the nature of the report he has done enough work on and for ImperialRP over the year to not get blacklisted for something petty which can easily be resolved as this does not require a blacklist from the community. -Support I'm sure you'd make an OK fit, but I've seen you multiple times brag about your rank in stuff you're in, and be mingey to the point where your superiors have gotten on to you (Mainly Warden). Edit: After discussing with Williams, I have decided to retract my -support and change it to a +support, as Williams is someone who is accommodable, and someone easy to approach, and always learning from their mistakes to improve.

Accepted After discussion within the SMT team we have decided that the player in question will receive a Formal Warning in game and will be spoken to. If any further instances of toxicity arise from this player, punishment will be harsher.
