Hi so I was kinda hoping I would never have to do this but with some thought I think I’m going to resign for E-11 and the server as a whole. I had originally joined the server to see how high of a RDM Killstreak I could get but I enjoyed the combat and people so much I wanted to stay. It’s been really fun but I have to drive to get on anymore and it feels like a chore more than a free fun maker. I’ve been around since Oct. 27 of last year so around a year of time on the server and I think I’m ready to leave. I’ve done all that I wanted to do so yeah. This is goodbye from me. I might get on a CC every once in a while but that's it I’m done. I’m just going to say a few names that really made the server feel home to me. Southpaw: Pretty much started my MTF time as you trained me for Omi9, if I didn’t pass that tryout I would have never been here. Blackbeard: An epic Commander and a fun guy, hope whatever Halo rp or Star wars thing goes well for you. Greg and Saw: Going to put both of your names here as you guys are very good friends to have for in Omi9, sad that Greg left but at least Saw is still around. Wanted: Good guy, bad outcome. Wish that didn’t happen to you but hey. Mary: Person who trained me for E11 had to have you here. Henessy: Biggest minge I know, great guy, go rejoin E11 one day if CI doesn’t work. Sorry I didn’t get VCMDR. Gamersquadman: One of the best people I know on this server we had a crazy ride going from SGTs to COLs. Nenea: Ah Nenea, very cool guy that doesn’t let people get in his way. It was best playing games with you, gamer, and frog.

Well the time has come Gaminglight. This isn't a joke or a fake post. I've been thinking about this hard and got the nerve to finally do it. I've finally am pulling the big plug. I have to say goodbye to all of you fine people once and for all. This is my formal Global Resignation from all departments and UMC. I have been here since April 2020. I have been through highs and lows. I have done great things and terrible things. I have met great people and terrible people. I will have good memories and have bad ones. I will miss you all. I'd like to thank these people individually for their impact in my life @SupremeChow I know you left, but you gave me my first friend in Gaminglight. +Support Let me say some things, First off you shouldn't even be adverting on Staff for police to have time limit to raid something, they can sit there as long as they want until they are all dead. Also that rule is for criminals not government if you have read that rule. Second off, you shouldn't be intervening with something has relations with your family members. This is in the staff handbook as stated, you can read it for yourself if you would like. I don't know where you got this from but if this was rule then money silos wouldn't be thing, also i have seen a police raid take 2 hours without staff intervening. Third off, Just to quote something from SMT that was said "The staff job is used to make sure people are not breaking the rules/taking sits, you shouldn't be interacting with players while on the staff job, lets not interrupt RP." +Support From these clips alone, you can see him run into an active situation which he is allowed to do and you tried killed him for it. However as soon as he ran in and, (presumably) died and then hopped on staff, that's just a clear misuse of your powers at that given time. He then further extended his power when he adverted that after 15 minutes you had to leave which is false, you can stay as long as you need to accomplish your goal. Furthermore, with your side of the story above it says that he flew over there and told you all to leave and he took his family members tickets. In this time I have hosted around 90 events, gotten low command in 6 departments, and achieved High Command in Dispatch and State FTO. Although RP ranks and staff are completely different, these positions have let me learn many skills and have helped me mature a lot over my time in GamingLight. Along with this, I am quite active later at night when there is less management online to help. I feel like I could bring a lot of valuable skills to the JMT and management team as a whole. Examples of this would be to have a great understanding of the MOTD, I am always available to help other staff or players with anything they may need, I am a friendly and very approachable person but I can also handle reports very professionally and without any bias. Along with this, I find myself to be quite active in-game. This may be hard to see with the strange times I play at but I mostly play at night during weekdays and at random times on the weekends. I also have a good reputation on the server and try to actively engage with newer players and help them with anything to better their experience on PoliceRP in the goal of making them want to stay on the server and play more. If someone was Mass RDMing and started to curse at me during the sit, I would ask them to stop cursing out at me so we can figure the situation out respectfully and in a mature manner 3 times and if they didnt stop I would gag them. While the 2 players explain their sides I would check logs to see if it holds up. While in the logs I would count the amount of people they have RDMed and if it is over 4 people I would explain to them that they will be receiving a formal warning for MRDM, Staff Disrespect and No Intent To RolePlay and that they will be also receiving a 5 day ban from the server for those actions. 17) These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: a) -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? If I think a player is on an ALT account I would contact SMT in the most efficient way to do so (TS or Discord) and do all I can for the player to remain in game until they can be dealt with. b) -What would you do if a player is threatening to chargeback? If a player is threatening to chargeback I would take a clip of the situation and report it to higher ups, following the Chain Of Command c) -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? If a family was mass minging I would first try to talk to the owner. If this does not work I would bring the family to an enclosed space (like the staff/event room) and freeze/gag them and explain to them what they are doing wrong and how they can improve. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would first bring them to a roof and if they tried to run away from the sit I would jail them, I would then check logs to see how many people this person has affected due to them RDMing/ARDMing, I would then tell them that what they did was Mass RDM and if they knew what they did was wrong if however, all they do is curse at me I would tell them that if they continue to curse and yell at me I will gag them and or mute them if they continue I would follow through and gag/mute them and then tell them that MassRDM is against server rules and I would check the players warns, I then would inform them they are receiving the warn for MassRDM and also depending on the players time on the server and their warn history I would tell them they will be receiving a 5 day ban or a 10-15min jail sentence depending on their time on server and warn history. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: What would you do if you think a player is an alt account?: If there was a player that is suspected of being a Alt or Admits to being one I would clip the evidence of them admitting to being a alt and inform JMT or a SMT member, making sure to follow the chain of command until it has been dealt with. What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? : I would take a screenshot of the chat if they said it in chat or I would clip it if they said it via voice chat, I would message higher ups and provide the evidence while also following chain of command until the matter has been dealt with. A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging?: Depending on the family size I would bring the main antagonizers/rule breakers individually up to a roof and give them reminders that while it is a game that the server rules are there for a reason and try to steer them away from minging/rule-breaking and that if they continue down that track that formal warnings will be given out. however, if the entire family is minging and breaking server rules I would bring the entire family down to the event room to get them away from further ruining RP, I would ask them to calm down and let me speak, I would then inform the entire group that they need to calm down and stop breaking server rules/minging and that if they did not they would be subject to formal warns, jails and or bans relating to their rule breaks and that while it is a game rules still need to be followed. (Don't answer with "I know everything!"): I will say that even with my 3yrs of experience on the server and my experience with staffing I still don't "know everything". when situations like this do happen I always find it best to message other staff members either via TeamSpeak, in-game or on discord. I also find it best to even afterwards ask higher-ups for their thoughts on the matter or what they would answer the question with.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe i deserve the rank of super admin as im a nearly the most active on the server at most times, meaning I'm always here to help others. i enjoy this community to the fullest and am wanting to stay here for a very long time, showing my commitment to the community day by day and helping other staff and new players with everything i can, from a simple player being stuck to anyone breaking major rules. i also help the new players with finding car dealer or how to play on our server as it sometimes is hard for them to understand what they have to do, so by helping them it helps us keep our numbers up and keep the server running at a fun smooth level. i have been playing since march this year and have progressed so far in terms of staff and departments, i am also known by a lot of people and in a great way. my target is to one day become SMT and be able to help the server run smooth giving other JMT and SMT time to do other things as this is the only game i really play and have fun on. i am on everyday either RP-ing or helping out on staff and i believe that is why i deserve a chance as JMT. To sum it up i feel i am the Best person for the Choice of JMT and would continue to push for SMT as that's my goal. I would first bring the person who made the report than ask for there side and if they have video evidence then I will look over it then look through logs to see if I can find any proof. Than I would bring the player being accused of Mass RDM and ask for their side and if they continue to curse at me I will politely ask them to calm down 3 times and if they continue I would mute and gag them. and if I have enough proof or evidence I would proceed to warn them and either give them a 5 day ban as the staff handbook says or 20-30 minutes in jail depending on the situation. 17. Massive +Support I've known Phil for a very, very long time. Almost since I joined this amazing community. I could go on about how he is fantastic in his role as Senior Admin, or how he has a lot of experience in the staffing team as a whole; but I'd rather talk about Phil's character. Where to begin? Phil is one of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever met, period. He's more trustworthy than most people I've met, or know out of GamingLight. His ability to be loyal, and be there as a friend is simply incredible. He is always caring, kind and understanding, even in the most serious or negative situations imaginable. He does not judge, does not hold onto grudges, and does not hold one's previous actions against them; but rather strives to see them overcome their past. He is professional, responsible, reliable and holds himself accountable for his shortcomings, of which there are very few instead of blaming others. From what I've seen from the years that I have known Phil, is that he is not just worthy of being a Super Admin, but he supercedes all expectations and reasons as to why one should even be chosen to become Super Admin. He has gone beyond what is needed of him, and has has proven beyond even a inkling of a doubt that he is capable. Look no further than his track record, his personality, and his actions. I have only good things to say about Phil, he meets every criteria one would never need (and more). And not to devaluate the other candidates as they have worked hard for their positions and I don't doubt for a second that they deserve the position of Super Admin; but I think that Phil is the absolute perfect fit. If there was one word to sum up Phil, I would go for nothing less than Stellar.

I strive to act fairly and justly in all circumstances and when I must cast down punishment or issue instructions I do so firmly, but not so firmly as to be mean. Despite this I still exercise compassion and understanding and love answering peoples questions or helping them in other ways. Along with this I show a sense of humor and get along with our enlisted and NCOs. I see security as a job and treat it as such. If they did not comply after me asking a few times then I would cuff them and bring them back to bunks. I would explain that they need permission from an NCO or above to leave D-block. I would then inform them that if they are caught continuing this kind of behavior they’re likely going to be punished in some form. I would then uncuff them if they were cuffed and tell them they’re free to leave. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would tell them to follow me back to bunks, if they didn’t comply I would cuff them and bring them. I would tell him that he can’t leave d-block if he doesn't have legitimate reasons. After that I would tell other command to keep an eye out if I feel its necessary to do so and would then issue them a strike. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would tell them they don’t have jurisdiction over security and aren’t even allowed in D-block. I would then take a clip of this. If they refused then I would take a clip of it and show it to the E-11 command. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: You bring them back to bunks firstly. Then you go over the NCO guide with them and inform them they can now call partial and hands up on condition orange and black. You then let them know they can now be trained to be a sniper/trainer. After this you let them now they will also be able to apply for command during WO apps. I then would let them know they will need a forums account and would walk them through the process. I would then let them know about the nco activity logs channel and how to make activity logs. Following all this I would tell them to change their name to fit their new rank and would give them the whitelist.

Also, as command my capacity to prepare and give people more opportunities will be one of my top priorities (AKA promos). I will also try to insure the people who deserve punishments get them swiftly. The trust people have given me as CMD has been tested, I have learned many things and made some errors; however, we all do. With errors being made early on I have ensured they will not be continual. I care significantly for the future of Gensec and individuals in it. From the people I train while being a FTO to the people in D-block that I over-see. I believe with the responsibility I have can make sure I employ all my skills to a continuing degree of excellence. Like everything I will do my finest and give one hundred and fifty percent. Security is my core branch and the most valuable one to me. I try to be on the sever for long periods of times and assist wherever needed, not only just in security but in other branches and when I am on them, I try to assist security whenever possible.
