Although I support your opinion. First, of all. In high command chat I pinged Nenea and Wanted about a private meeting between us and even at the end of the sentence I said "Frog and Lars may also have to come" and Lars did show up! It is not my fault that your higher-up Nenea did not notify you about this chat we've had with mostly all of MTF HCMD! If you would've came you could have said something about this class yet you didn't. Either way at the end of the day this suggestion is all up to SMT.

(Can be any length) There are many reasons I believe I serve the rank of Senior Admin. To start off over the past 6 months I have shown a lot of dedication to the Gaminglight community. In RP, I have worked my way up to Commander in the 501st branch, which in itself is already hard enough. Other than that I have also shown my dedication to the staff and gamemaster teams by becoming very trustworthy, and not breaking rules. I am a senior gamemaster as well as an admin, which shows the amount of time and dedication I have put into the server. I am a good leader and like to listen to people's opinions in order to make the server better. I have become well known in the community and have made many friends as well as helped many people start off. I think I have what it takes to take a step up in staff and prove even more that I can help the community for the better. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? After bringing them to the staff area I would first ask them to please calm down and stop cursing. If they continue then I will gag them or mute them depending on if it was over voice or text chat or both. Once the sit is under control I would ask the reporter what they saw and what their story was. I would proceed to check combat logs on the reported person to check how many people they killed/injured. Once I have confirmed that they were MRDMing, I would issue a formal warning and tell them they will be getting banned for 5 days due to MRDM. Once they have been banned I will thank the reporter for the sit and tell them to have a nice day, then proceed to end the sit.

Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?(100 word requirement): I strongly believe I should be accepted into the research command because of my skill, devotion, and dedication to the research department. I believe that I have been a great researcher throughout all of my time here and I simply want to bring that to command. I have always worked hard and showed that I am fit for this position whether it be helping out other researchers when possible, hosting mass tests, or anything else that was in my capability. I think that after all my time spent in the research department I could further help everyone and make research a better place as a command member. (100 word requirement): There are many things I could bring to the table that other command members could not. First would be my activity, I've been very active on research and the server in general and whenever someone would need assistance I would be there to help. I love to help people whenever they need it and I think that's something that is needed in the research command department. Another thing is I feel I have obtained a positive reputation in research. Most people are always delighted to see me so in the command department I would be there for everyone making the look of the research department better. What would you do to better Research and increase activity? (100 word requirement): In order to better research and increase activity, I would be very involved in research. For example, I would show the lower ranks what some of the higher up scps have to offer and give them a motive to further themselves so that they can make better test logs on scps that they would have more fun roleplaying with. More things I would do is host fun things that researchers like to do like mass tests and PTs. In my opinion, one of the best things for increasing activity is to also increase the outlook of the department. If people look at research and there are more command members helping everyone out and doing fun execting stuff then they would want to get higher up on research and be more active.

+Support Is a good idea. But my only question is: What is self breaching hours? I'd assume anytime there are 70+ players. But, it's never defined. So, for all I know, it could be a literal time period. This is with my year of experience to give me context. Imagine how it would be for someone with much less time on the server. Overall, I like the idea, but what "self breaching hours" is should be defined.

This should also not count Nu7 that have AFK in their name.

Understaffing is a broad term. We could have 7 Nu7 on and they could consider it understaffed. To make it a little more specific, under where it says "A valid RP reason is one that could result in the Condition being raised to Orange.", we should add the condition: - If there are less than 5 Nu7s on during self breaching hours. This keeps a certain balance that would be fitting for roleplayers and fairness sake. If this is added, then you have my +Support This number can change depending on other's opnions.

Creativity: 20/20 I have never heard of anyone trying to study 682's teeth and honestly this could really benefit the foundation knowing how tough they are and everything. Presentation: 20/20 All of the pictures and how you added in little details and stuff onto the log is amazing. Writing: 40/40 This is by far one of the best test logs I have ever seen and you did an outstanding job tomato. I've been playing a lot during the off hours recently, so I'm able to help bolster our ranks and be an online CMD member to be able to promote and evaluate Enlisted online. Along with all this, I generally have a good relation with the Security that I interact with, and wish to continue to be able to do so! To add more fuel to the fire, I just really do enjoy being a part of Security, and whether I was Command, an NCO, or even an Enlisted, I'd still be enjoying my time here, though I am very happy that I'm able to do so as Command. Lastly, I like hosting Game Nights, and I would not be able to do without my Command position, and I would not be able to interact with the fun and interesting peeps of Security Command like I do now. Hi so I am just going to make this quick, I have thought of this for a week or two now. I am leaving Research due to my mental health, which is Depression of which I am trying to get help with, I just wanna say I had this before I even joined GL and even though playing on GL did help it get better, it did not help fast enough and I am now pursuing help instead. Maybe In game you saw me as distant or boring and not very enthusiastic but I am trying to get better. I just want to make a quick thanks to a few people. Recon: Helped me a lot and answered all my questions since I became a JR. Great Command and Person. Moonrose: Same for Moonrose, was really kind and helpfull to me. Eyelander: Another Command that helped me a lot even when he was busy. ShadowPL: Even though I stopped talking to you for 2 weeks or three it was due to my Mental health getting worse than it was before and Im trying to get better. I am sorry. Probably my best friend I have made In GL. LR The Gaming Goat: I am proud to have trained you, you are probably one of the best Researchers In the branch and I hope you become HCM one day. Jummy: Even though I may of just talked to you a few times In bunks but them few times were fun and I hope you the best. Zach Morden: Again the same as Jummy I barely talked to you but when I did It was fun (Especially when we played as Sarkic). And I hope you the best. I enjoy being able to mentor enlisted and oversee the actions of the current NCO roster, as well as the fact that people know I'm polite and respectful. I've made some mistakes in command, but I believe that I learned from those mistakes and gained a lot of experience which helps me not make those mistakes again.
