(Can be any length) The reason I want to be a staff member is that I have been playing for a while now and, see the great community of this server and I want to keep it going strong for a long time. I want to keep the server a kind place where people feel welcome to come and play and not feel targeted, harassed, or something else of that sorts. As I remember not just last night when the server there was mass RDM making the server not fun to play on, and the online admins and mods were doing there best to keep up with the players RDM-ing but there was just not enough admins to keep things under wraps. Not including the NLR I go through on a daily basis and the admin is just great they come within 2-5 minutes to help me with whatever I need from just getting stuck in blocks to getting door camped, and answering questions that I had about the server. I want to be the person that helps people have the best RP experience they can have, and I'm ready to do whatever it takes to make that possible whether that be helping the same guy that keeps getting stuck to defusing a racial discrimination speech/ group. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you First, I would calm them down. Second, If that doesn't work I would warn them and possibly jail/minge for 500 seconds and ask a higher up to minge them for 10,00 seconds. And also warn them for staff dis.
