In your answers I do not think you have sufficiently justified why you wish to be RRH and why you deserve the position. To make it clear, this does not mean I do not personally think you are ready for this position, but I believe this application is not that of someone who does deserve this position. This application has no thought or effort put into it and the fact you have a "Hard ERP" warn is a big no for me.
