Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I should retain my rank as CPT for a numerous amount of reasons. Throughout my entire time of security ive shown my dedication to the branch by not minging, being active, and being good at my job.  Im not one to stress over my rank and I will not leave security for a long time, and i have no plans to retire aswell. I know what to do in the case of a mingy OFC and can keep my cool in times of stress and hate. Heres a few famous quotes, "Failure happens all the time. It happens every day in practice. Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I should keep my rank for many reasons. 1. I have spent a ton of time in Security command and in Security as a whole and I do believe I have shown my dedication towards this branch. 2. Recently was promoted to the head of a sub-branch which shows my dedication even further to the branch hoping to see it succeed and get as many quality members as possible. 3. I am in the PST time zone which allows my to be on at off hours for Security which allows me to notice people that may not be noticed by other command members. 4. I try to be easy to approach for any rank to ask questions. No matter if they are a  Command member or was just recently trained 5 minutes ago. I try to communicate well with everyone in security no matter their rank as well as other branch members. This branch doing well has always meant a lot to me as well as this server.

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I should retain my rank due to the fact that I am a very active member of senior command and I am on SCP RP daily and I play on Gen Sec for the majority of the time that I am on the server. Another reason why I should retain my rank as a Security Major is that I consistently make sure to do my duties as both a Security Major and a Deputy Head Warden. Adding on to that I promote Gen Sec Enlisted and NCOs and I help Low command with PTs and off meetings and I assist them with several other things. The last reason why I should keep my Command rank is that I am the Deputy Head Warden and therefore I help run the Security Wardens Sub-Branch and with out someone to help run wardens and if there is none to help run Wardens the Sub Branch would be in a compromised state.

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I should keep my command rank because I am very active in game. I'm on ATLEAST 1 hour every day, I try to make it 2-3 but I normally get 2 hours a day in. I have been putting a lot of work into wardens and I plan on keeping it that way. Exspira is one of the most fun things I have experienced whilst on the server and I plan on continuing to play this job for the majority of my time here in security. I am very good at picking out who deserves a promotion. I actually watch their attitude and leadership abilities instead of just being like "oh they have been on for 30 minutes" and promoting them. I'm always looking for people who deserve promotions and I watch over enlisted/nco's to make sure they are not minging and doing their job and I plan on proving myself worthy of senior command in the future and its safe for me to say that I have found myself in a comfort spot in security where I plan on staying for a long time to come. Once I come off of my ET suspension (due to getting trial mod) I will do my absolute best to create original PT's that we have never seen before to get security members very excited to come to PTs.

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I am a very active member that is on for the most part daily, I make sure all is well and that people are acting as they should, as well as making sure GENSEC is being represented by our NCO's in the right way. I aim to, and have since I joined, continue to steer GENSEC into a time where we were seen in better light and were more serious and RP oriented. Being Deputy Head Warden isnt an easy task, and it isnt a rank earned from doing nothing, I worked hard to get Deputy Head Warden, and I work even harder improving Wardens. There is no one who would be a better fit for the position and ranks I have obtained. Upon my ranking being retained, I will continue to not only lead Wardens, but GENSEC as a whole into the right path and make sure that our enlisted, NCO's, and all of our Command members live up to the expectations we as Security have for them.

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I am one of the strongest leaders you currently have in Command. This is due to a natural ability to lead and because of my many years of real life experience in leadership positions. That in and of itself is a benefit to the branch, and I've used that ability to mentor many lower ranks both through the Mentor Program and also as an ear for advice. I've also worked hand-in-hand with my Deputy Heads in Wardens to completely re-vitalize the Wardens sub-branch in many different ways, but primarily by recognizing talented individuals and placing them in key positions. I was also a key figure behind theorycrafting the wildly successful 'Exspiravit Project' within Wardens, something that I remain immensely proud of to this day - that I was able to leave my mark on Security in some way and everybody gets to enjoy something I had a part in long after I'm gone someday.

I'm versatile. Not only am I well-versed in handling matters as it involves developing rapport with my fellow branch members, I am also incredibly knowledgeable with both matters inside the branch and within the server. I am regularly approached for my input on many issues at all hours, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I believe I should retain my rank as I am quite an active command member, I am on for at least 2 hours everyday. I try host PTs often and try make them as engaging as possible for our enlisted so they get excited for them and want to stay flagged up. I give advice to enlisted and NCOs to attempt to make them a better security member. I have good leadership skills and am able to command a lot of  people efficiently. I am command in wardens so I help one of our most popular sub-branches run and grow. I am good at seeing new talent in our enlisted, I see who should be promoted based on leadership skills and combat ability and try not to let unworthy people rise through the ranks. I am good at maintaining and improving branch relations and I plan to host and help with a lot of Cross PTs in the future. Overall I believe I still have a lot more to offer security and am excited for my future within it.
