(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of trial moderator for my record for one out of many reasons first, my prior staff experiences over the years and time with Gaming light’s community and Police-RP in general. Going into further detail Staff experiences goes into dealing with people of the communities over the years, people with all different types of personalities and emotions. Allowing me to have Great people skills allowing me to better understand a person report and being able to step in the persons shoes and seeing the other side of a story this is why I feel I would be a good fit for Trial-Moderator but also because of my time within GL’s Police-RP it allows me to not only know the rules but also help others of the community understanding those rules set in place. However, another reason is Secondly, my activity and Maturity. Going into further detail with activity I’m usually always on during the day and night also every day. These are my reasons why I deserve the rank of trial Moderator. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would Bring him/her to a sit and collectively and professional ask them to stop and inform that if this conduct is continued that they will be muted if continued have them muted after this see if they are calming down I would ask them why they did this, if they knew that was they are doing is against the rules after this said inform them that what has been done has repercussions and that they will Given a 5 day Ban, Contacting a Higher up to carry out punishment.
