Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I think that I should be promoted because I show great leadership in everything I do. For example, if there was to be an OFC and had no idea what he was doing if it were to take an hour just to show him or her the ways of becoming a Rockford Illinois police member. I should also be promoted because I am active on this server. For example, if I were on criminal and there was no PD on but a lot of criminals on I would show leadership and get on and patrol all by myself. I would also help with anything that others need for example if a Colonel needed help with a doc and wanted an LT to help I would be the first person to respond and help him. Another reason why I should be a Lieutenant is that I would show people how fun PD is and be an inspiration to others. I would also be mature so if there was a PD OFC messing around and mingeing I would go and have a talk to him and make sure he knows what he is doing is wrong. Last but not least I would just like to say that I haven't been so active recently but that is because I was sick I had school and lacrosse now all that is don't I will be the most active LT anyone has seen. Lets start this off -SUPPORT Now as to why i put this, First off you seem to not be so mature in the departments you are in for example one time I saw you RDM someone in your own department with a sledgehammer. And I don't think that you have what it takes now this is what advice im gonna give to you. Get a reputation on the server. But not a bad one like the current one you have now I want you to prove to all of us and the whole community as a team that you have what it takes and that you are worthy of staff but for now i am going to stick with the answer i have provided.

(150 Word Minimum) I think that I deserve Trial-Mod and a position on the staff team because I'm sort of known around the community and I also know that with only a week almost two weeks of playing time it may seem that I am kind of new but I am not trust me I have been playing GMOD for a long time now. I also think that I should be on staff because with the fact that I'm a level 49 and only played for a week should show some of you guys my dedication to this game and community. Another reason why I should be a Trial-Mod Is because I have this skill about me where I try to strive to be the best me I can be. I always have this quote in my head and it goes like this "Perfect Practice Makes Perfect Play". And I take that by heart because the more I practice as a Trial-Mod the better and better I will get. If I get the position I will 100% be more active then I ever have and try to prove myself and all of the community that I can do this. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first Gag the man if he would not stop talking. Then I would check logs to see how much he Rdm'd if I see that it is a lot I will tell him what he is getting warned for then give him the formal warning for Mass Rdm and then I would also give him another warn for Staff Diss then I would get someone who is the proper ranking in staff to give him jail for 600 seconds then ban him 5 days for the Mass Rdm.
