(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank because I have put off being a staff for some time till I thought I was ready and so I could know mostly everyone in the gaminglight community. I am a CPT in PD and I dealt with a lot of minges and people just not acting as they should so I've been able to deal with those situations involving PD to make the experience better. Now I want to help the whole PoliceRP community with people that have little to no regard for the rules. I have seen staff struggle sometimes when I'm on and they have multiple staff sits to deal with and I just feel like I need to do my part to this amazing community. Also, I want to be more involved with the community and help out new players that are first joining the server. Overall I want every person to get the best experience they possibly can every time they join the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first try to calm them down to deescalate the situation. If that does not work and they continue to cuss I will mute them and explain to them what they did wrong and what will happen to them due to their actions. I will warn them for Mass RDM/Fail RP and get a higher up to come and give the person a ban.

I always take complaints that are brought upto me seriously and call in both parties to deal with the complaint. Also I make sure that OFC have ride alongs and help them throughout their experience here on the server. I am also active and make sure I'm on PD if no command is on to atleast have coverage. Discipline is also a huge part of what I am good at and I like to give people second chances but at the same time discipline them on what they did wrong so that they wont do it in the future. Also with me being in a TAC team I can see what PD needs to work on from not showing up for PT to bank robberies not setting up a good perimeter. I think I deserve this promotion because I waited till I think I was ready and to show my leadership to the lower ranks. I always try to bring up things that Pd needs to work on in PD meetings that I have personally seen or got a complaint about.
