I hold myself to a high standard through all of my duties and I think I have a strong enough sense of justice to be trusted with this CMD rank. I know, for the most part, what I'm supposed to do and what I'm not allowed to do, but I'm still getting experience and learning from my mistakes, and I'd like to keep doing so. Personally, I think I'm doing a fine job as a CMD member and I think I'll only keep getting better. My combat skills may not be as good as some other people's but they're not bad either. I hold the DHWD position, which in and of itself proves my leadership skills, leadership being an important aspect of each and every CMD member. I also believe I do, because I have been doing a lot for GENSEC, and devote a lot of time into this community. I did my best to mentor NCO's, as well as enlisted with most things that can improve how they act, as well as show them a great example of what a member of GENSEC is supposed to act in certain situations to the best of my ability. I have also come to know a lot of people within our branch (as well as other branches), that I've come to appreciate, as well as enjoy being friends with. I love the server and do everything I can to make it enjoyable, as with continuing to make the server a great roleplay experience. I'm also really excited to being able to start hosting PT's off meetings, and being of the best command members that GENSEC will see. I also can't wait to start promoting people! This was the first branch I ever joined on the server and while it may have been a rocky start at the beginning, but I believe that I've gotten a lot better as a person, as a commander, and as a friend for anyone that has gotten to know me. I want to stay here and make more friends, lead more people. This branch is starting to become my home and the people in this branch are becoming my family. I want to keep seeing this branch blossom and keep seeing this branch continue to kick ass on the server. After all, we are the first branch people see and it'd be an absolute shame if we were to start dying out. I also want to keep my rank is because I like this server and branch and I intend on improving it and to do that I would like to retain my rank so i can do what I would like to do. I also intend to host more warden PT's and if im up to the task normal PT's and offmeetings. I am also very selective with my promotions because I dont want someone who is incompetent getting into a higher ranking position which can be a good or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. Also I would like to increase my activity but with work and school starting to seriously pick up its getting a bit hard. I really think I will be a good command member because I have the motivation and drive to be active consistently and interact with NCOs and enlisted and give a connection to command and feel like they can approach command if they have a question or concern about something. I just really think I can do a whole lot of good in command and make being in this department a lot of fun for enlisted and NCOs. As well I am excited to come up with engaging PT ideas. Normally I am on around 5ish hours sometimes all in one sitting but usually broken up throughout the day but right now I only have college on two days (Mondays and Wednesdays), so while that is my situation I am trying to be very active but over the summer I work and my hours will drop to around 2-3 hours a day maybe not every day but I really enjoy the server and get a kick out of being in GENSEC.
