(150 WORDS+): I want to become senior command for a plethora of reasons. First reason is, I want to help security grow to the max of its potential by making it a fun and safe environment for everyone. I will do this by giving everyone more activities to do not only NCOs and Enlisted but command as well. I want to push inclusion and get everyone involved because with everyone involved it will push competitiveness for example, ranks if everyone is being pushed to be included that make more competitive promotions to ranks like WOs and senior command and will also help weed out the people who don't work as hard. Second, I want to make it more difficult and in turn more rewarding for security members to work their way up through the ranks of NCO, through methods of pulling players aside and seeing what they have done well on and helping and pushing them to do even more. Next, I want to push people to communicate better as I feel most command only really communicate their thoughts when we have a meeting, we need more communication as it will help improve everyone's experience in Security. Overall, I want to become senior command to help make the branch a better place for everyone to enjoy themselves whether that be through more activities or more competition for ranks to improve their experiences. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would find them and bring them back to bunks then inform them that they should not be leaving d-block so frequently, and especially not without permission from a NCO+. I would then give them a verbal warning and tell them that next time will result in removal. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would ask them to meet me in bunks and then inform them that d-block is our number 1 priority and we should not be leaving unless it is necessary. I would verbally warn them then tell them that continuing these actions will result in a strike. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would first ask them to leave d-block as they should not be there. If they do not leave I would then clip the interaction and report it to e-11 command and let them deal with their branch. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: When I promote CPLs to SGT I first inform them that they need to make a forums account as SGT. Then, I go over their new duties as NCOs such as leading patrols, making activity logs, calling protocols, and leading in d-block. I would then get them their tag in discord and walk them through the NCO channels and how to make and activity log. Then, I would inform them of the new expectations we have of them and examples of how to fulfill them. Next, I let them know that they may now be trained for and join FTOs and sniper and offer to train them for what I qualify to train them for. Finally, I would inform them that as NCO they now may apply for WO when applications are open. Finally, I would give them their whitelist and log their promotion.

(150 WORDS+): I want to become a senior command member because well I was one before but had to move so I had to resign when I didn't want to. But I want to become a senior command member to better the branch and help it grow. I want to improve the experience of every player who joins the branch by being active and pushing the activity of senior command and low command as well as NCO and enlisted so everyone can enjoy themselves better. I want to better have a voice in choices so I can help change the branch and server for the better and make it even more enjoyable. I will push for more interaction with other branches to get everyone communicating and making better relations. I also want to try to make more opportunities for NCOs and enlisted so they can enjoy their time on the server better. If they do not comply I would get a recording or clip of the situation and talk to e-11 low command I would hand over the evidence and leave them to deal with the members of their own branch. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: When starting the training I would give them the NCO guide and read through it with them to help them understand their new permissions and abilities. I would inform them about their new opportunities to join snipers and FTO. Then I would take them through and tell them how to take lead, do patrols, and stationing in LCZ. Finally I would give them their tags and then walk them through the NCO channels in discord and teach them how to do NCO activity logs.

I believe I am a good command member by being approachable, nice, level headed, and understanding. I go into situations with no biased towards either side no matter the circumstances. I am strict but know when to have fun and make things enjoyable for everyone. I am pretty active. I am trying my best to make security grow and improve in numerous ways whether it be by helping with PTs to make them more fun, or attempting to host events that include security, or even just trying to make normal everyday d-block a more enjoyable place. Overall, I believe retaining my rank will help security grow and improve to become the best it can be through PTs, events, and everyday activities. (Across all Gaminglight Servers.Put the date/reason/server, then explain each one.): I have no warns Why should we allow you to be an Event Team Member (150+ Words)?: I enjoy playing the server and am an active player. With the right tools I can be extremely creative and make some very fun events. I want to improve the roleplay experience on the server as I believe there needs to be more roleplaying. I also want there to be more interaction between branches and becoming event team will help me do so. I want to make events more available to everyone on the server as well as making some exclusive events for branches that don’t get as much interaction. Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better): I 've had the idea to try the use the scp-010 the collars of control to basically have people under its walking around the facility trying to get more people to put on the collars inconspicuously until they use all the collars. Then they would try to take over the facility and lock it down and cause chaos maybe. They would walk around the map following the commands of what I or another event team member (that are like an evil mastermind) tells them to do within reason. Basically making people have to monitor the behavior of their peers to make sure they aren’t under the control of the collar while trying to figure out how to get the collars off. Why?: My favorite scp is scp 169 because of its sheer size at an estimated 8000km long and the name of leviathan its satisfies that itch for the unknown that could be lurking in our own seas.
