JMT: Zerg Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I know I am capable of senior moderator for quite a few reasons, such as my activity. I strive to be on staff as much as I can when I'm on the server and I feel in the past few weeks I have proven to my fellow staff, and the community that I am active and I deserve this position. I am also a born leader. As I have proven around the community that I can and will take leadership in stressful situations. I as well know the rules very well, which I can say, some other staff members don't, which differs me from those staff members. My maturity also sets me apart from other staff members. I have learned these ways after being staff, getting PD low command, getting SCU low command, and getting SWAT low command. Achieving these ranks already seems to differ me from many other applicants. I am also well-known around the server, which makes it easier for me to interact with all the players, and I feel that is a very important characteristic for a staff member, that not all staff hold. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring the reporter and have them explain to me what happened. I would then bring the other player and if they decided to start cursing at me I give them a gag and let them talk to me through chat. If they continue to curse, I mute them. I look at all the evidence and come up with the final mass RDM verdict. I unmute them so I can hear their side of the story. Adding on to that, he knows most of the rules and follows them to the most as you can see by the amount of warns he has (0). He deals with people in the correct, and best way possible from what I have seen. He is mature on staff and can handle tough situations such as someone Mass Rdming or someone screaming some not so nice words. In my conclusion I think Conrad deserves the promotion and is ready to handle the responsibilities that it gives.
