At the time, it was suggested to make 343 more worth playing as since he's Platinum, and servers absolutely no function besides free roaming. However, based off what I'm seeing IN THE REPLIES, yea, a rework of his perks and MOTD makes a lot of sense. Having another MOTD activity for 343 to do that would effectively replace the spying would counteract the changes, keeping interest in the job.
