First off I would like to say that I have matured over the past 8 months I have been a sergeant major. Not only that but I have gotten to memorize all of the 10 codes, police officer guidelines and MOTD rules. What I'm trying to say is I have obtained a lot of wisdom over the past year and a half of being in PD. If I got accepted into low command I could use that wisdom in a better way than I can right now. Secondly, if I ever have to deal with someone, let's say breaking a guideline I deal with it calmly and try my best to stay professional. Speaking of being professional I try to stay professional at all times with things such as bodygroups, vehicles, roleplay situations, training cadets and using the radio. Those are the reasons why I believe I should be promoted to the rank of lieutenant. Although your activity has improved you really need to be active for a week or two to truly prove you can be active and you're not just doing it to get LT.
