Serum Posted June 3, 2023 Share Posted June 3, 2023 Hello, I am serum. I did not expect to be writing this so soon. Let me put it bluntly. I am being forced to resign by SMT & SA. The reasons for my removal are the same reasons as everyone else's removal/resignation. Well I was trying to be open about what was going on and advocating for change that would have improved the state of the server, not just gensec as a whole, SMT have been trying to cover it up. This is their way of silencing me. For the people who are still active on the server and that don't agree with SA, SMT, make sure your voices are heard. Eventually they will have no choice but to correct their wrong doing. You just wouldn't shut up when we were asking about something else so we could get feedback quickly and get an update out to the players by tomorrow. I ask very polite for you to hold off on what you were talking about but you continued on side tracking the conversation. The problem isn't what you were saying at all. Ein Posted June 3, 2023 Share Posted June 3, 2023 I am completely unaware of what happened between you and SMT, but I can tell from what little I have seen is that you've been making a lot of 'dumb' moves without really thinking about them in quick succession. Believe me, I made incredibly stupid moves. I resigned and then came back when I felt that I had worked on those things and could basically 'restart' You came back and immediately made 2 suggestions which were just kind of idiotic in my opinion. Not in the way of 'Oh this suggestion just sucks', but the most prominent example has to be the new D-Block. Trust me, it has its flaws, but you immediately made a suggestion to just completely throw the whole thing out and revert to a prior site not only after it had already been suggested and denied, but without spending more than a few hours on the new map. You also made another suggestion which honestly should've just been put in the security suggestions channel and furthermore you didn't consult your sub-branch head about it. I do not have anything against you Serum, I actually think you were a solid command member and did some good work for the FTO program, but the road to Command / High Command can be very bumpy and I think you should take some time to thoroughly understand your actions. When you tried going over your HFTO's (Sprink's) head and he rebutted on the forums, you immediately came into the security TS and tried asking everyone "what they think about Sprink as HFTO," I'm guessing to start some drama against him. That sort of behavior is really immature and harmful to your own branch.
