Here is the video of my sit with him talking about the situation. In my personal opinion he should have been given a verbal warning due to the fact he was given incorrect/outdated information on parts of this situation. However I shall leave this up to the gaminglight community and not + or - due to the fact that I have been directly involved and wish to avoid a biased opinion.

As for the PM's I was warning deathstriker because I HAD gotten reports about you( @TheDrunkenKoala) from today so I was spectating you to prove if any of these were valid. As I spectated I was letting him know because I try not to just let people get in trouble at the fault of others mistakes. This was from today, after I had gotten reports of him breaking rules so I had full reason to spectate. As well as it seems warns don't teach him to learn from his mistakes and he does attempt to break rules when he thinks we aren't watching such as this video provides. Any extra information: I was very frustrated at the fact that he was getting away with this minging for some time without any punishment other than a warn so I've decided to take this to the forums. I feel like his actions were very uncalled for and that he should be punished beyond a warn. I cannot deal out this punishment myself because it would be taking my own sit and an Admin would require a long explanation so I have just taken this to the forums for them to deal with here.

I suggest checking the server Coding, get a dedicated developer with a long time of experience to refine the server to maximum efficiency.

(150 Word Minimum) I have been staff before and miss the good times I've had as well as I have seen times where nobody on the server is a staff rank and people run wild, I want to make sure that there is a good amount of staff on to keep people from complaining about lack of staff as well as keep the people who minge or break rules intentionally out of serious peoples RP. I want to be staff because I have personally seen many many things that have been unchecked because staff didn't respond to my calls so I just let it go. I want to make sure that people don't have that same problem I did and want to make sure that we always have enough staff on to keep people happy. I also believe I deserve this rank because I have been staff before back when the server was a younger server and have seen many things change so I am very familiar with rules and also familiar with rules that aren't directly written down in the MOTD. I also understand that some new players may not know certain things that aren't stated in the MOTD and am lenient with newer players. However I take players who clearly know what they are doing and know that what they did was wrong but refuse to admit it very seriously and don't take them with lenience. This is why I believe I should become staff again, for good and to stay. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would jail and strip them as well as calmly allow another member of higher staff deal with the punishment because I would not be able to ban until a certain rank.
