Yea, like would you want to be stopped self breaching by a researcher using a mannequin??? I feel like this would make the SCP underpowered. The reason it is a d-class also is because 035 wants to be able to speak and talk. So if you tried to take him from a body to put on the mannequin I promise he will fight you. I feel like there should be rule that riot control can't go behind the barricade to camp the elevator. As if there is a line riot control can't past we would loose d-block 24/7 if they can't go past the barricade. As most people have purchased the candy cane, that they are now able to infinitely heal. So if riot control can't go past a certain line to get behind the barricade, the barricade shouldn't exist. +/-support +For making it so riot control can't camp - for makign it so riot control can't go behind barricade.

There is no rule that d-class have to side with CI. Also, d-class aren't allowed to be adverting as they have no real reason unless its for an event. As they don't have rp radios. So anyways + support

I'm going to say this. I am REALLY annoyed that it seems that you are trying to pull "I donated so I should be unbanned" card. There is 0 REASON for you to be putting your donations in a ban appeal. The ban reason was also extended from a 1 week ban to a perm ban before ban was even over. This is the new ban reason. +/- Support +Will help with taking down CI Infils/Ci Snipers that go behind teh blue line Reasoning to +supports Security have many difficulties in D-block. I would be able to see/be ok with it if it was limited to being on defcon 3. Or if there was a CI personnel back there. The main reason why we have a problem with CI going back there is that they usually grab a sniper. Then have a shield. They run over there with the shield out ot take minimal damage then go behind the elevator and begin to heal. Then of course the D-class begin to help heal him then he 1-2 shots us with his Barret. I would be ok with this being denied if it was made so that CI couldn't pass the blue line as it make it unfair for the gensec if multiple get back behind there with med kits. -Makes it unfair for d-class during riots Compromises to this Make it so CI can't go pass the blue line Define combat healing a bit more like: You must be out of combat for 10 seconds before able to heal/situation is over. Or also add that you cannot go behind the elevator/pillars and heal up. Cause its annoying because they say they are out of combat because they go behind a fence which in IRL we would be able to shoot through but can't because its a solid world prop.

This is esentially a rule. There are 2 forms of rules on the server. THere are written ones down in the MOTD. And then Unwritten that either have been accepted and just need to be put in. Or one created by fellow staff members so people don't powergame/metagame/abuse certain things. Like I created the rule about not breachign scp's that aren't on because people would do this early in the morning and then when someone hops on they would instantly get breached. As in RP foundation personnel would transfer the SCP to the containment cell an dmake sure it is all locked/repaired.
