Admins+ have the permission to warn off duty for obvious infractions. Senior admins+ can staff off duty (idk for PRP but scp we can) Then SA+ can spawn stuff off duty. -

So its another way of SMT banning you without being on the server. So it happens at both. It bans you when they put in the command to ban you. Also what is your other accounts steam-id.

People use it for when patrolling/just rping As we dint have radios like prp. So we usually use ts to shout stuff out/communicate.

Indeed. I'm going to state a few things about Dr. Slime and his CC. What he did was make a normal CC (Research). Then he turned it to a CI CC without paying the $50 required. So he committed mass Failrp/RDM and was banned. But, +support. I would like to be a Researcher CC or utility CC.

Staff don't always have to follow him. He can just call staff. And the rolls aren't suppose to be low to prevent big breaches constantly. And he just has to wait 5 minutes for that door. He can get 2/3 for 682 and if 682 gets to last door he can breach it in 60 seconds.
