i'm going to go into game and research this. But from what I see this is a targeted just at CI members. Ci are meant to have stronger weapons then most foundation personnel due to the fact that they are just one faction while we are multiple factions that have different style of weapons. Incorrect. Only thermals rule is this: Thermals may only be activated for a valid RP reason, and are only active until that RP reason ceases to exist

Also, with there being multiple people on the same job with teh same model. How will you fully know who is who without getting close to see their name? I would say a better suggestion would be makign it so thermals have to be re-adverted after 5 minutes or they turn off.

So imma -support From what I can see after investigating you created this fresh steam account on July 1st. Which is 5 days before your ban. What I can see is that you do not own any games on the account. Also a console ban for alt account usually isn't wrong.

Gonna post a few notes here. Payton did the right things here although could've taken it a few different ways. Payton you need to remember that you can warn off duty for obvious infractions. Which means that you could warn him for ARDM/RDM without needing to make this report. Now, onto the case about him taking his own sit. This would be better if he showed video evidence of the entire sit. Next time I recommend you don't take your own sit and just leave it there. But if you have to take your own sit its best to record yourself taking the sit to show as evidence that you conducted the sit in a civilized/unbiased manor. Also, I would like to mention how this was you not taking your own sit. He made a report about someone muting him for no reason and abusing. If you took the sit to explain to him why you muted him that would be fine. If he believes he was wrongly muted(which he wasn't) he should make a report on the forums about a staff member wrongly muting them and abusing their power. From a JMT Standpoint I would like to +Support this on the person getting warned for all the abvious. Then payton should not receive a staff strike for this situation but a small talking to about what I said above. If he took a sit about him rdming the guy then it would be very wrong.

-support from what I hear this was handled in-game and the staff member decided to give the player a verbal warning. If you feel the staff member did his job wrong please make a staff report against him. But I do say he should’ve been warned from what i’ve seen. But the staff member gave him a verbal warning.

But on my side. I +support this. Its clarrified enough Its either A: Been 5 minutes since being cuffed or B: Been left alone by CI/foundation.

This would cause a big balance break between gensec and d-class. Causing MTF to be called in more and MTF camping d-block. Which d-class hate that. Currently as of now when we have decent gensec on D-class can take d-block and we can struggle/take back d-block without MTF'S help. +support for everything besides the d-class stuff oxteru and lucario stated.
