What are you suggesting? - A clear in depth definition of Combat Healing and Combat in general, Currently Combat Healing is against the rules and is defined in the MOTD as: "Never combat heal (Healing yourself or someone else while in an active shootout)." I propose an amendment to this that states an Active Shootout is sustaining or providing direct or indirect fire onto an enemy. this would mean that if you are behind cover you are still in combat until a reasonable amount of time has passed for combat to dissipate, move or end. It would also further reinforce that Being underfire but not taking damage is still being in combat and thus removes any misconception about when the it is okay to heal. Combat should end after X amount of time of Inactive Directed Fire or you are safe from being pushed by the enemy, E.G Being on the other side of a locked door they can't easily open. How would this change better the server? - Clear up any confusion and create a solid definition of combat healing for the server Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: I would first separate each player and get their side of the story and ask for any video evidence corroborating it. Once I have everyone's point of view and any evidence i would also check each of the players history looking to see if they have been reported for similar things in the past. After reviewing all of the evidence i would then bring each player in 1 by 1 making sure the have calmed down if they hadn't i would gag them while i was explaining what course of action i am taking and what is going to happen to each player involved (i.e warning someone for FailRP or returning someone who was wrongfully killed.) I would then check if each player understood why I was taking this course of action and refer to the MOTD players who needed to re-read it. to ensure the least chance they would do it again. In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?: Players who don't care about their punishment are almost always server surfers with very little time on the server. I would apply the appropriate punishment and explain that while they might not care about the consequences of their actions the players around them do and that if they intend to continue this behaviour they may as well leave now. I warn them that if this behaviour is repeated they will be banned and make note of this for any future staff member to see. I did but they argued that it was the same as taking cyanied to commit suicide. I disagree with that logic but the Admin sided with them and said it wasnt agaonst the rules. Hence the suggestion

I did I started by giving some clarification on the problem then stated what i was suggesting then explained why this would make the server better and also who rhis would benefit and what the disadvantages if you could call it that where.

Context: As of the current rules regarding suicide bombing you can not strap explosives to yourself or do more than 100 damage to yourself with explosives. I have seen and been the target of E11 exploiting a loophole which allows them to attach explosives to a different e11 member and sending them of to explode in a suicide bombing the only difference is the explosive is detonated by an E11 half a map away. I have thus dubbed it Drone striking. What am i suggesting: I suggest closing this loop hole as to stop people from strapping explosives to other faction personnel and sending them in for a kamikaze against their enemies. By an E11's own admission it is a stupid loophole and they only do it because its funny This benefits anyone who doesnt want to be murked by someone just running next to them. This would only negatively impact those who partake in drone strikes who by their own admission recognise its a loophole Here is a clip of me getting "drone striked" as a sarkic during a raid.

Context: While playing as 049 and seeing other people playing as 049 i see alot of people going to feed 049 with less than the 3 people required to fear rp him. They then proceed to shout at 049 that he cant turn them as they are feeding him and therefore he is not allowed to breach. As of the suggestion from Chief limked Here's Implementation it states that 049 can breach while being fed due to reasons stated in chiefs last comment on the thread. What i am suggesting: I suggest adding an extra statement to 049's self breaching section of the MOTD stating that he can breach while being fed if he is not under fear rp. How would this benefit the server and who: This would benefit the many new players who gain access to 049 and are unsure of if they are allowed to breach while being incorrectly fed and also stop those feeding 049 from breaking rp to shout "you cant turn me i'm feeding you" then being turned and calling a sit for something that just needs to be more widely known. This would save everyones time in the long run by not having to involve an admin and ensuring 049 gets a fair chance of breaching if his containment measures aren't followed. Note* this isnt arguing for the rule in the first place as that was already resolved in the link above thia is merely asking for an addendum to the motd to show the rule.
