Sad to see how the server has come to this after much support and my time and dedication has been directed here. An unfortunate +SUPPORT on my behalf.

What is your In Game Name/Steam ID and Discord ID?: Daze/STEAM_0:1:429019972 and Daze#9779 Why do you want to become a Member of the Pyke’s?: I would like to become a Member of the Pyke Syndicate because I am currently looking for a new perspective. Being on the other side of the table and being able to be apart of another organization would be a fun but tedious at the same time being against the Empire. As the Pyke’s were known for it being a spice cartel and crime raids, I would like to help or host and organize these different activities within the cartel. Being apart of this would allow me to further understand different sides of RP, as well as enjoy a different side of roleplay. I only apply for something if I genuinely think I am a good fit for the position and see myself staying for a long time or that I am interested in the position. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I feel I have a better grasp and understanding of being a leader than most. I feel like that I can put more drive and care more than anyone else. Small setbacks or obstacles are in no way a problem for me, and I always bounce back. Taking in constructive criticism is one of the most important things when being a leader or mentor. Not knowing your own weakness and then proceeding to be blinded by them can be the down fall for many others. I always try to work my hardest in every situation as well as communicating with the people around me, above me and under me. I have had my struggles in the past, but now confirming that I am able to spend more time on the server and spend time to further myself in both RP and staff. I know I am a professional person. I make sure to treat everyone that I know and meet with respect and I am able to easily to shrug off insults or anything worse than that. I am also able to listen to orders from above and complete with no questions asked and being able. I feel having me in a team would allow me to work well with others. I am able to well with others and articulate my thoughts well to others. I always try and keep everyone in a regiment involved and in the loop with decisions, updates and overall performance and staying open and transparent with others. I always involve others on decisions if need be, so that it isn't one sided and have feedback to possibly make things better. What is the biggest thing you would bring to the Pyke Branch? (Please explain): As the Pyke Syndicate mainly works with raw spice trading as well as criminal raids, I would like to consistently host and organize these activities for others at a large scale rate with great numbers to find ways to a lot if not all of the server to be involved. I would want to create different ideas for possible regimental activities or even server activities and changes. If able to, I would like to also help with any or all documentation for the Pyke Syndicate. I try to keep everything lore friendly but also balanced at the same time. I would like to work with SMT as well to make the Pyke Syndicate an amazing organization/cartel and give it what it needs to thrive. List a few achievements you have accomplished in the server: Became the Commander of Death Troopers. Helped change things for DT for the better. Became apart of the Lead Gamemaster Team. Became a mentor and leader for other staff as a Senior Admin. (I hope to eventually become JMT) How often can you be active in-game?: I have recently taken an LOA to avoid being burned out. I can be on at minimum 3 hours a day during my work weeks and a minimum of 6 during days off. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): None.

You shouldn't be spawning it in the first place. The heads of the GM team are aware that it's broken. The GameMaster Ship Guidelines also states that it is broken/blacklisted/SMT only. I recommend routing it up the GM chain of command first, so that we are able to look at it more thoroughly and route it through our chain of command. Thank you for being vigilant, however.

+Support You've added more to your application, which shows that you care. You have prior experience as a staff for other communities. You got the scenario correct as well. I don't see why I wouldn't give you a chance at being a staff member. Best of luck!

+ Support I've seen Husky do lots of stuff to either help the staff team or the community. I would feel comfortable having him apart of the admin time as well. Allowing him to grow would allow him to better suit the community and to help other staff members as well. Best of luck!

MEGA + Support I've worked with Parker in-game a multitude of times and is a known member (in my eyes) of the community. He's a hard worker and a dedicated member of the community! He would be a great member of the staff team! Good luck!

+Support Maybe a bit of fine tuning, but nothing that can't be fixed! You appear to be an old time member, so you know the server pretty much in and out. Careful with the ego. Just because you're apart of the community for a long time, some people like myself have no idea who you are. Everyone should be putting in their effort they believe is their best. I'll overlook this, but don't make it a constant thing. I wish you the best of luck.

Early March 2022 First joined Medical, but the main reason I joined this community was because I wanted to join Death Troopers. Once I got the feeling for the community and got into the loop of things, I finally got accepted into Death Troopers. I reached my goal of getting Commander, next up is HCOM. Loved the community since I've been here all the way through. Wouldn't trade any of these experiences for anything else!

+Support I'm pretty sure this is actually something that is already under development. I think it was at one of the staff meetings, but if not then using SCP-RP's idea, this could be pretty cool! Giving another reason to spend their GC and to #TAXTHERICH. I think it would be pretty cool to have level based skins. Anyone that is level 25 for example can get regular snow or forest skins while level 100 can start animated skins. This would make people want to grind EXP and get on for events to get that newest and coolest skin!

+Support I can see a multitude of ways that this can be used in. I think this would be a great addition and a great incentive for people simply being AFK on the server. The usual AFK jobs are either IQ or RG because of the meditation skill that increases the EXP you receive. Perhaps adding it as a Tier 2 Job would be useful. Just spitting ideas.
