+Support! I hope to see you get back, and further beyond your rank that you once had in DT. I hope this application is the step you take to become the great Death Trooper you have always been! I have seen what you can do in the past, as well as now. I hope it allows you to learn along the way as well, since there have been new changes to Death Troopers as of recent. Other than that, good application and good person overall for Death Trooper NCO! Without a doubt in my mind! Good luck with the application! SV02 - Second to None

Mixed Support I like the application, however I would like to see you more myself since I see basically everyone and it's hard to pinpoint every individuals skills, especially since we have a strong enlisted corps. I hope to work with you one on one to truly grasp your potential and working habits. Other than that, I hope to see you grow further within Death Troopers! If you have any questions personally, feel free to get in touch! Best of luck! SV02 - Second to None

Hard working individual, as well as great at PvP! Good candidate for the position! Best of luck! Second to None

My man basically hit the nail on the head.

I personally would like to see more of you more often just to see how well you do, but my timezone difference does become difficult to gauge a lot of people. As the times I have seen you so far, I see you as professional and a great candidate! Best of luck! Second to None

+Support! I definitely think you are a great candidate and think you would take over the role well. I feel you could've added more to "What does Unit Ti-23 do." Other than that, your time as SN03 and as an officer so well has served you well! I feel you still have a lot to learn, but I feel in time with the role, you'll learn a lot more! Best of luck! Second to None

Forwarning : This application is coming straight from the heart, so expect some weird gooey stuff. In-Game name: Confundere SteamID: STEAM_0:1:429019972 Rank: SGM How long have you been in your current rank?: I have been a SGM for 2 days, however been above the requirements for almost a week and a half. What experiences in leadership do you have?: Everyone knows this by now but I'm in the military in Security Forces, so I'm always giving some sort of orders to someone. I'm also a Seeeker Sergeant, so I already have the in-game and IRL experience. Being a NCO has also allowed me to lead and mentor others as well. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) I want to become an officer because it's literally the only thing that I've wanted to do in the regiment. In all seriousness, the only reason I even joined this server was to become a Deathtrooper, and I'm proud of how far I'm crawled, walked, and ran to the position and the standing I'm at now. Nothing has stopped me from reaching my goals, and if it has gotten me this far, I'm obviously doing something right. Making a NCO application was probably the best decisions I've had, and I only ever strive to make myself, the regiment, and the individuals around me better. I will move mountains for the people that truly deserve it, and th people that dedicate themselves. Now that I have a heavier and better understanding about how Deathtroopers run and operate, there's no doubt in my mind that I'll help make the gear turn, and keep them spinning no matter the amount of rust. Becoming a Deathtrooper was a challenge in itself. Becoming an officer is another challenge, because you now have to dedicate not just yourself to the regiment, but mentoring the people around you to get to the point where you are now. If you're not treating the people around you like they're one rank higher than they actually are, then there's no growth at all for that upcoming promotion or for the responsibilities that await them in the future. Treating a corporal like an "enlisted" and not like an NCO, it leaves no room for growth. I'm here to help everyone through either growing, or showing the passion behind their work. There is no doubt in my mind that I am a perfect candidate for the officer position. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) Already, everyone within the regiment knows about the passion that I have for Deathtroopers, and drive that I put toward in to it, whether it's helping the enlisted and NCOs under or around me, or if it's helping the people that need the advice to build themselves, or for me to be the example. Leading by example is my specialty, because showing others the right way towards progression and being an excellent Deathtrooper is what kicks my dopamine into overdrive. Seeing others struggle while you standby and rise above the others should be an idealization should be a frowned upon practice. Deathtroopers are to work like a team and are to be constantly be communicating. If you keep going against the grain and fending for yourself, then what regiment do we have? Being able to communicate your thoughts down to others and a simplistic way is one of the many virtues I'm able to use to communicate with others. I know that Deathtrooper command knows that I am a top performer within the regiment, so it would definitely hurt to loose the opportunity to have me apart of the officer team. I leave the decision to you all. There is no doubt in my mind that I am a perfect candidate for the officer position. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? Yes, I understand. Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? Yes, I understand.

The first person to give me my first DT promotion. You will be forever the one I think about the person that helped me start my journey to DT SGT.

What is your in-game name?: Daze/DT S06 What is your steam name?: [GL] Daze What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:429019972 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes, I was a Staff Advisor as well as Head of Support for a large community called "Defcon Nations" now referred as "Defcon Gaming" for 3 almost 4 years. I haven't been with that community for over 4 years now. I was a Senior Admin for another Imperial RP server for little over a year which I think was called Zepher or something? I don't quite remember the name. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) About The beginning of this month? About 2/29/2022-ish? What date did you make your forums account? 01 March 2022 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Trial Gamemaster How many warns do you have on the server? 0 warns Have you donated? Yes, I am a Darth. What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines; you will be tested on it: Yes Timezone: Japanese Time Zone (Military has me in Okinawa) Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I believe I deserve the rank because I been trusted with another communities forums and staff team training, and when I resigned, I respectfully handed the reigns to another capable and competent person. I go above and beyond during my time as staff and will dedicate myself to my craft show it. When I dedicate myself to my craft, I put excessive amounts of time into my current project, and see myself staying here for the long haul. I want to be a mentor and leader to show the others, as well as teach others so that they can follow in my footsteps and be known to follow a good path. Since I am in the military, I am currently stationed in Japan so during down time and peak hours, I am able to get on to keep a watch on the server. Being a leader for the community and for the staff team is what I strive to do, and simply helping others is what I endeavor in. I am already a Trial Gamemaster, but want to step it up further to do more for the community. I know I can fit in immediately and take the time to know everything and start right away. I know I would be a great fit for the staff team, and think I could be a valuable asset to the team with both my experience and being able to engage with the community. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would give that person a chance to calm down, however if that person feels content with their behavior, I would gag them. If they take it out on chat, simple mute them. If the person feels that shooting their frustrations away, I would strip them and jail them. Since the person has no obvious intent to roleplay, and is mass RDMing, I would give them a verbal as well as a 5 day ban to cool down on their kill feed. If they were to so graciously leave during their punishment, I would add an extra 3 days to their sentence.

In-Game name: SF3 / Confundere SteamID: STEAM_0:1:429019972 Rank: LCPL How long have you been in your current rank?: I was at Specialist for over 5 days, but just recently made LCPL. What experiences in leadership do you have?: I am currently a SSGT in 69th Medical so I help Commissioned Officers with their work, as well as doing tryouts. I also help with the research side of medical as I oversee the newer researches since I am a Senior Scientist. I am currently enlisted in United States Air Force in Security Forces, so I have first hand experience of taking orders, or if within my jurisdiction, giving out orders to the general public. Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) I want to be become a non-commissioned officer because I know I am able to be professional now while on Death Trooper, as well as higher my standards while as a NCO. I always prefer to be a leader rather than a follower, which is why I am making the application in the first place. Being a mentor and a leader to others is what I strive to do whether it to be to better myself, or the others around me. Ever since I had joined the server, all I ever wanted to do was join the Death Troopers, because they know what being professional is, and know to follow details down to a tee. I feel I am a worthy candidate for the position, and nothing else can change my mind. (132 words) What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) Like I said before, I am currently a SSGT in the Medical regiment, and that I am enlisted as Security Forces. I have that first hand experience of giving orders and following them. I am able to stay professional and dedicate my time to better myself and others so that Death Troopers can be known as having discipline, as well as having others follow SOPs and guidelines. I know that I am able to deliver exceptional results to the regiment, as well providing for others. I feel I can be a great addition to the NCO team, as well as fit in pretty quickly. My combination of skills and attributes will and can help me through the process as well. I am able to get on during down time as well due to my timezone so that I can maximize tryouts and provide our VIPs protection. I am confident that I would be a better candidate than others, and feel that I am able to go above and beyond expectations. My commitment to Death Troopers will help strengthen the regiment. (180 words) Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position? Yes, I understand.

Hello everyone! I figured if I was going to stay in the community for the long haul, I might as well create an introduction. I MAINLY go by the name Daze. I mainly play ImperialRP, however the other servers do seem up my ally when I have the chance to try them out! You'll usually see me walking around as Medical Daze/Senior Scientist Haze or Death Trooper SF3. If you see me around the server, feel free to send a PM or say hello! I'm pretty open about almost anything. I am currently enlisted in the US Air Force. My AFSC (job) is 3P051 or Security Forces. (Basically an installation LEO) I am currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan on Kadena Air Base. That being sad however, I am 14 hours ahead so I am most likely on the server during down time, or if I am not at work/on an off day, I will try to get on during peak hours. Thank you for taking a moment to read my introduction! If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments! Hope to see ya around!
