  1. I like the answers to your questions. I think you would be a good fit. Goodluck, +Support
  2. I honestly think that AX5 would be a great fit for TI23. Not only has AX5 been in DT for a very very long time, but the real commitment to the regiment is unmatched. She has left, and come back to the regiment, and has majorly improved as a person and leader over her time in the Death Troopers. AX5 has had shots at Vice Commander, and had been a Command Officer for a long time; she knows her way around DT and would make a great example for other DT as a member of the TI-23 team. Goodluck AX5, +Support
  3. Eli, I love you as a DT and have seen and heard good things. I believe you would do well. However, this application doesn't seem like it has effort put into it. When making an application its important to write out your thoughts and qualifications well. This is important because you are basically selling a product, which is you as a person. You have to sell to people you being in the position, is the best fit. I recommend rethinking your application, and revising it to include much more thought and effort, as your effort in the application reflects the effort you will put in the position. -Support
  4. Not really sure what "leadership skills" means. You need to go in depth on what you believe leadership skills are, and what you are strong in. Proving greatness and proving trust worthy isn't exactly "assisting". I mean, the whole paragraph is about how YOU are going to be great, but nothing about the question. Will you assist by using your activity to host tryouts? Are you a quick learner? I need information relevant to the question. Examples? Again, no information given that shows the experience as relevant, or transferable to the DT Battalion. DT have high standards for NCOs, Officers, and Command. This application can be much much better, I recommend getting more experience since you applied only 15 minutes after achieving specialist. Seems very quickly written.
  5. +Support This was a well written application. You went into detail with your experience and the traits that you believe you are strong in. I think you would do well with the reasons given for wanting the position. DT officers are very important in keeping DT together, and you seem to understand that well. Goodluck.
  6. You didn't go into detail into what sorts of situations you dealt with. How could the situations that you have dealt with in the past deflect on situations that may happen in DT? Without detail, its much more of a blank statement with nothing to back it up unfortunately. DT needs members that ARE fit to join. Make sure you have the mentality and are not lenient. Again, what sort of leadership qualities? Not really sure if we have the same definition of leadership qualities. You need to be able to explain your strengths and weaknesses. You are quite new to the battalion, and only within 15 minutes of achieving Specialist are trying to get NCO. I do think you should try for more experience before jumping up a couple ranks.
  7. +Support I like your application, I dont think we have talked a whole ton with me being gone for a while but i've seen your name pop up a few times. No bad things! Goodluck.
  8. I want to see how you do in the Admiral position first!
  9. I remember when I wasnt anything on this server, and Nebel would always be friendly to everyone he would walk by when he was AHC. Funny dude and good to see him around.
  10. YESSIRRRRRRR I remember starting in Naval with Elias and Racc. Elias, you an amazing dude, and I feel like you are fit for Piett. Miss working with you!
  11. +/- Support +Chill +Active -Not Particularly Decisive on Command Judgements, seems to be scared to make choices.
  12. Was a good Admiral before. I believe he is able to do well again.
  13. This speaks for itself. I can see where 2 hours a day is good, especially if you are a working guy. As a commander doing a few SIMS is okay, but you haven't even done any other duties for it to be seen where you have been busy to do your own quotas. You have to keep up to date on your duties, and stay active in the chats of your channel. If you want a position, you have to do the duties associated with that duty above and beyond, even if its just a video game. The whole organization and roleplay experience is pushed by capable command, that organize and make changes to push better experience on gaminglight. If you cant do it on a regiment scale, you wont be able to do it cross regimental scale. The fact you had been striked as a command member, is also alarming. Not hitting quota, and not being active are two huge red flags for the future of regimental success. Im not saying these things to bash you as a person! I just want to make sure to be transparent of what should be looked at for High Command members.
  14. ++Support There are so many good things to say about Crunch. Crunch has been an awesome Commander in DT, and has made the regiment move in such a positive direction. Crunch can have fun, and knows when he needs to double down on policy to get what needs to be done from his regiment. He has done a great job building a Command team, and keeping the regiment sound. Just ANOTHER great Commander in the books for Death Troopers. This all reflects to how he can become a great Fleet Admiral and excel in the duties. #FleetAdmiralCrunch Goodluck homie!
  15. HUGE +Support I support this application not on the grounds of this person just being a genuine friend. I am supporting this application because Racc is an absolute dynamo of a leader. He is laid back, and able to command respect with ease. This is a hard leadership style to master. Racc and I were in Naval together as Gunneries, and this man did so many great things with Havoc helping them get active, and rose in the ranks of DT; even as a transfer people loved him. Racc is understanding, and levels with everyone. He doesn't look down on individuals, and uplifts and encourages people to do better. Racc, even with a hard time being active at some times, still manages to get on when its tough, or manage the Death Trooper regiment flawlessly even on discord resolving issues. I WISH I was as capable, and as organized as this individual. Racc is perfect for this role, and I would love to see him as Fleet Admiral. #FleetAdmiralRacc Goodluck my friend,
  16. I really like how Mr Ducks put this. Astro is one of the most dedicated, funniest, chillest, and nicest people to be around. He is dedicated, has a good work ethic, and doesn't look down on individuals. He sees himself equal and befriends everyone, even with a prestigious rank. #FleetAdmiralAstro +Support
  17. +Support This individual, though I have been gone for a while has caught my eye on various occasions. From doing well in the regimental PvP tournament, to the dedication on attendance and quota for the regiment. I have heard good things concerning this individuals attitude, adaptability, and personality. I think this current SN04, would make a great addition to TI-23 as our Medic. Seems to have an interest in an aspect of the role's duties, and understands the teamwork needed to fit the role properly. All of this tied together, I personally think DM8 would be a great fit for DT's TI-23. Goodluck,
  18. I LOVE YOU DARTH ZEFER! I hope both you and your dog begin to get good health! We miss you!
