+++++++++++++++++++Support Racc is one of the most active and dedicated DT. He always knows what to do, and isn't confused about doing things before doing them. People have a deep respect for him because of the way he conducts himself. He is probably the best candidate in my eyes, and even has achieved M36 in TI23. I think having Racc is ideal, as he would make a formidable command member in DT.

Damn man. That's very out of the blue, but I could definitely tell you were starting to lose your motivation. Odin, if you read this, I want to say that for many people you have been an excellent role model and many of us look up to you. You have accomplished a lot, even if its a fucking game. Its still a community, and you helped make said community better, and did a damn good job of it. Thanks for being a full on sigma man. Hope to still see you around once and a while.

Your application is very detailed, and I like the ideas you would like to implement. However, I have a few things to consider other than this. You are fairly new, to the Gaming Light community at least. I have no reference for your experience on the other server as I have no physical sources. However I can tell you have knowledge. That being said though, I think you should think about implementing your ideas as a Senior Gunnery so that you can get known by players. It helps to be in a Chief position when you have connections, because then things are much easier implemented. Remember you will need to still get permission from certain individuals in Naval to do certain things. I also recommend getting to supervisor within Naval to see if its really somewhere you will actually stay. -Support

You are one of the good Gunnery Officers I've seen and I have personally attempted to help advance you in Naval. I feel as if your activity and dedication to the specialty speaks for itself and I don't have to list more than that, everything else falls in with that. +Support I am supporting this application for the following reason; you seem to have dedication to the regiment. I see this in your activity and you listen when asked to do something quickly, and without complaining. Now, that doesn't mean your application doesn't have flaws, and some may not have the same conclusion as me. I will go in depth below of how I feel about the application itself. Remember your application reflects the amount of effort you really put in. Now, reading your application, I am going to give you some food for thought. What, besides being a sergeant in another regiment, actually qualifies you for the job within DT? What does a Sergeant do besides tryouts and protecting VIPs that sets them apart? What does being and NCO really mean besides having a rank? Can you define professionalism, what makes you professional? Is feeling worthy different than actually being worthy? I guess I feel that you listed things that are very general, and things that everyone lists. I want to know what makes you unique. I want to know what you define as professional. I want to know what methods of leadership you think you use. I want to know what you are doing beyond expectations. I want to know what your so called skills and attributes are. What is your definition of discipline and how does it apply? I felt as if I was reading off a template. I want to see more in depth comments on the things you listed.

You are obviously new, you should definitely get more familiar with: -People on the server (Make connections) -Server rules -The forums (And how things are conducted) -Get on TS and talk to people, get in a division and become credible 2. While I see why you would reply to feedback and clear things up, its generally a rule of thumb when making applications to clear it up during the interview processes and not the application process (especially in real life jobs, I know this is a game). When making an application you have to be clear, provide full detail, and be more creative. Try again in a few months, I feel like you will be a much more rounded individual. You will learn a lot about processes and leadership (which staff requires). I also recommend reading Accepted applications, and see how people answered. Do NOT copy, but be constructive with the information and formulate answers of your own.
