I will be putting my 48hrs in. I just don't have the time or the drive to continue to play gmod as I don't get enjoyment out of it like i used to see yall later and have fun

It is with great sadness that I will be putting my 48hrs in. I just don't have the time anymore or drive with gmod. I will miss USMS very much as it was the main department that i helped bring new and good things to, but I just don't have the ability to keep pushing greatness. Thanks to all the great members that i have had the chance to grow and play with but this will be the last of USMS DMAR Clarkie

As much as I did enjoy EMS and progressing with the ranks I am not as active as I used to be on the server. Work has been bogged down right now and I'm focused on other stuff at the time. I don't want to be holding a low command spot anymore when I can't get the time to play on EMS like I want to. Best of luck to all current EMS members keep it up and make it great

+support I think this would be a great improvment and adds more rp to DOC and inmate rp

+/-Support I mean I have not seen any dumb fights or toxicity from this. Telling someone there being clipped or reported to me would be a dumb rule change as if it brings a fight that kind of means a few things. Either you broke the rule, or you didn't know you broke the rule. If someone says there clipping and reporting, you all you should say is do it. If you are fighting or arguing with someone saying that they are clipping and reporting your kind of are also the problem in the situation.

-Support Look Logan is a good person but i haven't seen you on PD in a minute. I personally would like to see you playing PD a bit more before this step

(150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve the rank as I play mostly during weekend and late weekdays. I'm on usually during the later times as I can provide moderation during the later hours of weekends and weekdays. I have prior staffing experience as I used to be a high rank staff member on ice fuse as an elite admin. I know the rules decently well and if there is something I'm fuzzy on I know to ask higher or look at the rule page for clarification or if there is something on the border, I know to get clarification from a higher staff member. I know COC very well and how to follow it. I also believe I deserve the rank because I can help during the later times getting rid of the minges that join at night and make it not fun for everyone playing during the later times. I also believe that it is important to be able to play and be able to monitor and playing and being able to react when things or stuff is done that is against the rules. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? So firstly, someone is RDMING you start the admin sit bringing them to a spot that won't be disturbed by others. You get the person that reported sides first looking at video evidence and logs then you bring the offender. He comes and starts to cuss at the admin member. a voice mute will be issued at that time for staff disrespect. you will then explain to the offender what is happening and what is going to be done. The punishment shall be handed out if there is proper evidence to prove the massrdm (logs or video Evidence). As a trial mod with a massrdm which is 4+ players which is a formal warning and ban you would warn and ban if allowed at that rank and if not, you would ask higher or put proof for higher for higher ranking members to make sure the member is punished.
