I want to actively help the branch grow into this potential and be all that it can be, and would love the opportunity to participate in the unique RP which Omega-1 will get to do. What skills and qualities makes you best fit to be Omega-1 Command?: First off, I believe my experience within the server is one of my top assets, as I have now been command in Security and am currently command in Nu-7 and a member of HTF. This variety of experience in various combative branches and SF have exposed me to a plethora of combative RP situations which I believe has given me solid judgement on how to handle the type of RP heavy combat situations an MTF such as O1 may experience. Secondly, I have a very laid back and flexible attitude about most things, which makes me well suited to reacting and going with roleplay scenarios as they naturally play out, rather than attempting to force roleplay in an unnatural or unhelpful manner. I also believe this makes me a good command member, as it means I am always open to helping anyone out who has a question and can be approachable to those who may have questions. Finally, I am always working to better myself as a command member in both practical skills such as handling discipline and document management/upkeep, as well as in personal skills, such as how I interact with others on the server and handle in game roleplay. I am always striving to be the best that I can be, and I believe this attitude is an important quality for any member of command to hold. Approximately one year. How long have you been a staff member on Gaminglight? Approximately 5 months. How often are you online on the forums? I usually check the forums once or twice a day. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I believe I am qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat because of my experience on SCP-RP as both command and staff. In my year of being in the community I have acted as a command member for a majority of my time around where I became familiar and comfortable with handling discipline and the responsibility associated with that position, and have further refined my capabilities in the four months of being a staff member of the server. I want to make the community a better place to the best of my abilities, and I believe this attitude further qualifies me as good candidate to be a Forum Diplomat. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? Yes, I would. During my time as staff I have come across many sits involving people im familiar with, but have never had any issues handing out punishments that were deserved regardless. In my time as command I've also had plenty of cases of having to put aside my own personal bias when friends went inactive within my own branch and had to be removed, or denying to train them when they wanted to join just to minge within my branch. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would gather any required evidence of the spam then use it as a basis for requesting the user to be either content moderated or outright banned for a period of time from the forums. I would also hide any spam forum posts made by the user. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I would begin by making a Forum Diplomat Message in the relevant thread and hide any of the argumentative posts being made. If the users disregard the Forum Diplomat Message and continue arguing I would also hide these new posts and then temporarily forum restrict the users that were arguing within the thread.

+Support I've spent plenty of time hanging with Dak on the server, he's a good guy with good intentions who's consistently grown in the time he's been around. He's got a nice relaxed personality that I think would make him a solid staff member, and spent over 300 days as a security SM to get command so he certainly has the patience for it as well.

You were far more welcoming than i expected anyone to be when i transferred to Nu-7 and I haven't and won't forget that. Thanks for all the work you put in, it was a pleasure to have you as our commander. Good luck in life gamer.

What are you suggesting? - Adding a permanent armory into killhouse for various tryouts which happen there, often times armories are being spawned in anyways. How would this change better the server? - Make tryouts easier to set up for various branches which use killhouse. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - I don't think so. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Foundation branches and sub-branches which use killhouse in their tryouts. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

+Support Active and good gamer, I vouched for him in wardens in the past for good reason. He's always shown a strong desire to help wherever he can, and his honesty impresses me; he's never afraid to just spitball ideas and say whats on his mind, something that I think makes him a very valuable member of any command team.

+Support would be a fast as fuck rise to major, but thats pretty much the only reason why i'd say dak shouldn't get it, Dak's got more than enough server experience with his way too long stint as SM, and while i can't speak on how he's done as command as i'm not security command myself anymore, Dak's always been a great dude to hang with on the server and I think his friendliness and willingness to help are traits which make him a fantastic candidate within command. I've always thought dak has good potential, and it's nice to see him start to fill that potential out lately, and i'm sure he will only continue to improve.

+Support While my interactions with him have admittedly been pretty limited, they've all been good. He's got the experience not just within the community but as staff as well, and the app is well written. I'm sure he'd make a good addition to the team.
