(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I could handle the rank of TMOD because of my maturity. I have a fair amount of maturity in my opinion and I feel that I can stay calm and cool headed when a player is getting mad at me. I feel that I am a fair, nice friendly person that is just out to make the server a better place at the late times in the day. I also believe that I would make a good staff member because of my prior experience. I have prior experiences with dealing with a lot of situations. I have dealt with reports of MRDM, Racism, and many other reports on the server I used to play on and have dealt with them as professionally as I could. To sum up the end of my application, I feel that I would make a good Trial Moderator due to my prior experience and my professionalism along with maturity. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would deal with someone MRDMing by first bringing the reporting party and then bringing the guy being reported. I would then ask for both sides of the story with hopefully not anyone screaming. I would then look in logs to confirm one of the parties stories. After that I would gather the screenshot of the logs and then I would jail the MRDMer for 300 seconds and I would call for a Admin+ to ban the guilty party.

as well as the fact that it takes up more storage for the server that causes more lag. The more stuff that you add to a server the more lag. IMO the server has enough content already and shouldn't need a thing that would be used but would mean more content for the player base.
