You are a neutral class and are not allowed to carry any weapons, unless you would like to stop a person from stealing a vehicle that is in your control. the vehicle was no being stolen i was jumping over the fence. sitting inside a vehicle aswell is not stealing it

This is not clear I did not shoot first in either one, i waited the nlr timer in between. it is not a raid if i did not initiate shoot first or do any raiding actions. jumping a fence into a base is not a raid.

Okay so I was pissed off this is indeed player diss Bray has been in our family and was just blacklisted again today he has been giving me and others grief. In this tow area he pulled a gun on and and then died, once dead he respawned even though there was ems on. i was pissed off at the fact that he was talking a lot of trash and respawned as well as he also player dissed me i do know this is not exception for my actions and i will be more than happy to take the warn however i just wanted you guys to know my side. I also want to point out that entering a base is not raiding as base I.E jumping the fence. At no point in time did i shoot first the only time i did was when i adverted raid.

Burner as the clip shows he did not even speak until i was three quarters of the way into the base . i was out within 3 seconds of that .

I fully understand however i nocolided it first then he says hey get back here when i am inside then i come imediatly outside like honestly lets be honest i had every intention to roleplay it out.

Thankyou for posting the video burner, as you can see clearly i already had nocolided the wall before anything was initiated as well as he did not tell me "wait get here im not done with you" until i was inside my base to me that is false not once did he state that iwas being pulled over not once did he flash his lights or sirens instead he decided to come behind me honk his horn and then realized i was going into my base then told me to come here once i came back he hit me with his tazer then continued to tell me he was giving me a ticket. i don't see at all how i was meant to know this i feel as if this is truly false if i didn't i would not be here.

Today i received a warn for failrp the warn was given due to me nocoliding into my base during a rp situation. At the time i was unaware that it was a rp situation. Nao who was a police officer at the time pulled me over outside of my car when i was in the process of using my nocolide tool to park my vehicle inside my base. at the time i was completely unaware of the situation as he had no lights and sirens on nor did he ask me to pull over or stop as far as i know, i just thought he was behind me waiting for me to finish what i was doing. when i went inside my base i no colided it back as i usually do, i then heard him say come outside stop to which i nocolided my fence again instantly and walked outside to see what was going on , this happened no more than 3-5 seconds after he was behind my car. i was instantly tazed and he put me in his car for an admin sit. i got warned for failrp i feel as if this is wrong because i did in fact try to roleplay out the situation and i had no idea what was going on as i did not hear him or even know that he was pulling me over. he does have video proof of this, i had every intent to roleplay it out to the best of my abilities and it was a complete misunderstanding. i tried to tell burner what was going on it did not feel like he was listening to me nor could i hear him over the amount of people around us as he did not take the sit to the roof. i also asked for a higher up to explain the situation too. he did not say anything warned me and sent me on my way. i knew that he heard me because the people around the situation were saying that he does not need to get a higher up . Now i do know i have a lot of warns however i have played this server for many many years upwards of 5, i really would like to continue playing it however the sad reality is if i get bias warns like this unfortunately i will not be able to play any longer. thankyou for reading my application i do apologize about the lengthiness of it
