-Support Alright, i got a report from Swat TL Nao of failRP. I brought you both to the sit and he told me that he had a clip. I had watched the clip and had clearly seen there was KOS on property textscreen. That textscreen was on the white industrial building so a reasonable person would suspect that that would mean the actual building not the parking lot. You then placed a KOS past Textscreen sign at the entrance of the parking lot, which you can do however instead of immediately killing Nao you would've had to advert warn him away because you just put down the sign. Massive +Support I have gone to you numerous amounts of times since I have been staff with questions and you have answered them all without looking down upon me. You deserve this promotion as you are one of the most active Senior Admins, and never stops caring about the server. You have done events when server count is low to boost them up, you have helped out regardless of your rank with sits when we're getting swamped with them. You are an example of what the staff team should be and I don't think anyone else could fill the JMT spot like you could. Good luck Mr. Tactical

+Support From these clips alone, you can see him run into an active situation which he is allowed to do and you tried killed him for it. However as soon as he ran in and, (presumably) died and then hopped on staff, that's just a clear misuse of your powers at that given time. He then further extended his power when he adverted that after 15 minutes you had to leave which is false, you can stay as long as you need to accomplish your goal. Furthermore, with your side of the story above it says that he flew over there and told you all to leave and he took his family members tickets. That is just a clear show of admin abuse and biasness. @SourgGonna need your side to show any more judgement. Answer is subject to change after Sourg explains his side of the story

-Support No harm to you but if you go back a couple appeals in the denied section of this appeals forum, you'll see a similar situation where a guy had a bind to say a racist word and he got banned. As some others have said, take this as an opportunity to go through your binds and remove all of the ones that are against server rules. The rules can be found in the rules section at the top of your page in the navigation bar.

-Support Should Pillow have said what he said? Probably not, however you player dissed him in the chat and got a jail instead of a formal warning over it then you proceeded to LTAP. In RP with our jail system you sit in jail for 1 minute every year. The max years is 8. You can get put it in for 8 years in RP Jail and wait that time out but you can't wait 15 minutes? Just watch a youtube video or a movie next time and don't LTAP.

This is pretty good to hear, I don't think people should've ever gotten to 1 billion and I agree we shouldn't ever go back to that. Its just with my outlook on things, people payed to get a good printer and I think that it should be somewhat better than the other printers instead of just 100 dollars more x4 printers. Maybe like 100 dollar added to each printer making it equal 800 more

What you want to see? - Allow Command jobs to be able to whitelist up to what their SOP says. Why should we add it? - That way we don't need an Admin+ for a whitelist above an SNR. What are the advantages of having this? - Late night promo's, no more waiting for an Admin+ to whitelist. Who is it mainly for? - Everyone. The last time that I played on Imperial they had it to where the command jobs could add you to the whitelist. Im thinking that for PD, a LT can whitelist to CPL, CPT to SGT, etc, etc.

-Support Threshold bans are not appealable at all. You had 10 chances to not break the rules and now here are the consequences of those actions.

-Support I feel like a general rule of thumb is to be nice to people you don't actual know pretty well. You said that R word slur and that is pretty offending towards some people. I believe that this warn is a valid warn but I will come back to this post after @Zergreplies to it with his side of the story. Edit : Seen Zerg's side of the story and my judgement is staying.

-Support You had a gun on him, he can feel that his life is in danger and he can defend himself. He could've chosen to RP it out but he can shoot you in that situation. I'm also wondering why you pulled out a class 4 firearm right in front of a cop that you clearly seen because you looked at him for like 5 seconds. To me you doing that was kind of copbait and you should be wary of that in the future.

-Support We used to have this, it was a training system designed to keep mingy OFCs from hopping on the job and arresting people. The ranking structure was CDT then OFC etc. etc. When this was utilized, a SGT+ would have trained the CDT and rode along with them, then a LC member would promote if they seen fit. We don't utilize this system anymore due to SGT's not wanting to hop on the job late at night to train OFC's. That would hurt player count, PD count, so on, so forth. If you see an OFC going around minging, do /report or contact an LC member that is on the server.

You guys need to be more disciplined like Zero said, the fact that he went dissed a high command member aswell as going off on Toni in chat, he needs to be dealt with swiftly and accordingly. There were talks of blacklisting some people from certain departments. It need to be fixed ASAP imo

-Support You have 30 warns. Some for MRDM in Spawn | NITRP | Staff Diss | To me it seems like you want the rank to be able to abuse your power. If you can show some improvement of not getting any warns at all for like 3 or so months then I would +Support when you put the application up. You need to go over the MOTD and read that and try to not get warned for an extended period of time before I would +Support this application. Secondly with my interactions with you so far on the server, they have been negative. I only see you on the server once every like 4 days so I don't think that you would be active either. Combined with everything else, you posted this originally in the wrong section and didn't follow the format the correct way.
