Seemed to not have known about advertising, but ignorance or not, it's still advertising. Cons - Advertised - No forums activity - No staffing experience, but as stated before, everyone starts somewhere Pros - Great guy - Dedicated - Already helpful without being staff - Have only had positive interactions with him Lots to consider, but best of luck man!
