From the first day, I joined the server to where I currently stand on the server today I’ve always set my goal to help each battalion I’ve worked for to thrive and flourish within the server. One of the ways I would like to help the Stormtrooper Corps as a Vice Commander is to repair and grow our reputation as a battalion. Although the Stormtrooper Corps may be seen as a “default battalion” it still has the aspects that make it a battalion of its own such as its Sub-Battalions, Sub-Regiments, Command Structure, History, etc. As a Vice Commander, I believe I would be much better equipped to improve my battalion's image, something that as a Low-Command member would be far more difficult to project. Another important thing for me is serving as a good example to the other Officers in how we deal with minges and recruits, helping them to become invested in the battalion. The main purpose of the Vice Commander in the Stormtrooper Corps is to help with many things, for instance, they assist the Commander(s) in leading the battalion. They also handle many administrative tasks like roster updates, setting up meetings, and general day-to-day operations. A Vice Commander also assists their Officers by teaching them, encouraging them, and helping to hold them to a higher standard so that they grow into even better Officers. In keeping with the theme, Vice Commanders also help with the health and activity of every Sub-Battalion under their care, ensuring that their battalion's specialties are being the best they can be. Furthermore, a Vice Commander handles the discipline and training of troopers, the performing of tryouts, answering questions, and anything else that they are called spawn to do. What do you want to see? - I would like to see Jet Troopers receive the TL-40 and Stormtrooper NCO's receive the E-11T as part of their kits. Why should we add it? - One reason is I find it a bit lacking that Stormtrooper NCO's only reward for putting their effort into the battalion is a small health increase and a white pauldron. As for Jet Troopers, while they have a rocket launcher, their dual E-11's are woefully lacking in raw firepower. There have also been numerous suggestions brought to my attention from my NCO's and Officers that these two jobs are lacking in frontline capabilities. What are the advantages of having this? - Stormtrooper NCO's having a more potent weapon will improve their survivability in combat, and thereby prolong their ability to lead the rank and file in tense situations. Not to mention, it might make a lower ST work for that weapon if they see it, and maybe more ST's will climb the ranks. With Jet Troopers, since explosives are nine times out of ten restricted due to server issues, a weapon with the same hitting power of a wet noodle leaves them not only neutered on the battlefield and easily picked off, but the overarching weaknesses become more seeable and leads to JT looking like an undesirable subclass to join, especially since it's a donator class. A better weapon, improving both JT's survivability and combat prowess, might even convince someone donate to get the class. I relied its not a rank but more of a responsibility and that means to take charge and keep the STs in check 7.What Timezone are you?: Standard EST timezone 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: I feel i command the St very well as Sub division Lead and former officer it has basically been in my blood since i came to the server at the rank of SGT Former Commander Monaco put me i charge of Heavy Battalion and it ran its course with me getting more then triple the members but sadly it came to a end when family issue interfered. Also i have have figured out the best ways to deal with minges and alot of the time its to ignore their plys for attention as this will stop them quicker. And as a former 2LT of the ST i also know the procedures and ways to handle large amoutns of STs at once some instances of this was when if first became 2LT i had to control 8 mingy Sts by my self as a new 2LT and i managed to contain all but one that got arrested. I belive I've about outgrown my days as an officer and I'm more than confident that I'm able to take the next step into being placed into a command role of this regiment. Everyone I've ever interacted with within the Stormtrooper corps has been very nice and friendly and understanding, which always pushes me to work harder and boosts my motivation to be the best commander this regiment has ever seen. My favorite part is everyday something new happens, you wont believe the crazy stuff I see the enlisted doing and its nice to have some comedic relief even if they can be quite troublesome at times. And I truly want this battalion at its peak and strive to be the greatest possible group of men on the planet, and It's my personal opinion that a command role for me will help me achieve that goal. 4. The purpose of a commander is to, - keep your Men in check, always make sure they are at peak physical condition/preformance and on their best behavior. - maintain your Troops skills by always hosting trainings and PTs. - make sure your sub-classes are always on top and recruiting every chance they get to boost activity within the regiment. - verify that your troopers are always in line and not falling out of formation. - prervent mingery of any kind (messing around and being funny is okay but minging is just straight messing with people.) - make sure your NCO's/Officers are active and able to command the regiment competently. - maintain your enlisted's and new troops activity by always doing something fun and new everyday. - always be active in case your battalion is in need of roster updates, updated documents, etc. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Because if I were not to be trusted I wouldn't be a CPT in ST and I'm a very active officer within the Stormtrooper regiment. Back then when I first joined I used to be a minge however I've learned from that point and have made it my duty to be the best of the best. I want to become a vice commander because throughout the time I've played as an ST I've come to realize that the battalion has so much potential but is limited when it comes to their command, its been this way since I've joined and I have strived to be the change I want to see in the regiment. I want to be the vice commander that the Enlisted/NCO/Officers look up to and hopefully I can encourage them to be better troopers through hard work and dedication, most of all I want to teach my troopers good leadership skills and maintain a fun environment for everyone that dedicates themselves to the regiment. As it currently stands the Command team for ST is currently lacking in manpower but through my hard work and my fellow officers dedication we have been able to create a regiment that is able to rival the other regiments most days of the week with active well-behaved troopers. I've also been told to make this application for some time now, I waited because because I don't enjoy being throwing into things and instead of rushing to make a vice-commander application when my commander and vice-commander resigned I instead looked to focus on becoming a better leader so that I could efficiently lead troops in and out of battle, I feel that I have succeeded in that and am ready to take my leadership skills to the next level. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? In-game it says ~3 weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of Commanders is to be a role model for the troops they lead and to always be level-headed when dealing with your troops to give a reasonable order/punishment/explanation. Commanders are meant to teach their Officers, NCOs, and Enlisted their roles and responsibilities to ensure that the regiment is working optimally, this goes for the regiment as well as sub-classes. The Commanders also makes sure the roster is up to date with the most recent promotions/demotions as well as strikes, LOAs, Reserves, and Removals. The Commanders must also ensure that the regiment isn't left idle because that could lead to some issues like inactivity or mingeing so Instead the troops are given tasks to occupy their time with something fun and/or educational. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Activity: I've been active since the day I joined the server and have been dedicated to making the regiments I play in more fun for everyone by giving them tasks and trainings constantly. Maturity: I've always attempted to maintain a professional character while role playing and when I'm presenting myself to Enlisted/NCOs because I feel that it is my responsibility to be a role model to those troopers. Although I am a LTC I try to be as humble as possible so that people don't think I'm using my rank to undermine them. I know that authority isn't a weapon but instead a tool used to make others trust in your guidance in order to complete a goal/task. Experience: I've been able to successfully lead the HVY Sub-class since I was a SSGT and since I've became an Officer I've been focusing more and more on ST as a whole to build it to what it is now, I finally feel that most the work is over (Enlisted/NCO Roster Is Very Filled) and now is the time for refining the regiment into a more professional environment so that we can encourage serious roleplay throughout the server starting with what everyone starts with; The Stormtroopers Regiment. I've dedicated a lot of time trying to rebuild this regiment because to be honest who doesn't like a good underdog story? I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize the regiment I worked so hard to revive and I know that would hurt a lot of friends I've made along the way. 7.
