Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? : There are a great many things which happen inside the SF battalion which I feel could be shifted to make the experience of this battalion much more enjoyable for everyone participating on the server. I also have had a great load of experience in Command from my previous time spent as a SNRCMDR and AHC member which I feel would let me be a great resource for the other command of the battalion. Also I feel as if my current position as a Group Captain doesn't let me help the battalion the the best of my abilities. I also feel that the fundamentals of the branch could be changed in a positive way to improve inter battalion communication so that way a lot of negative events I have watched occur do not happen in the future. 4. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? : The main purpose of a Vice Commander for any branch is to help the Commander in all the duties not specifically restricted to the Commander, such as helping with Roster updates and making flag ups and other activities to keep the battalion active. They are also expected to be well versed in the rules and regulations of the battalions that way if any questions ever arise they can be dealt with before it reaches the Commander who is already expected to do so many things. They are also expected to keep the battalion alive while the Commander is otherwise incapacitated or unable to preform his functions and to prove themselves worthy of the positions above them should the need arise. A Vice Commander in essence should be someone who is trusted by the battalion to give out good knowledge, be active and someone who can be seen by other battalions in a positive light. When situations occur when a member of the battalion is acting out of line or in a manner disrespectful to others often a Vice Commander will be required to dish out a punishment in order to correct this wrong and to bring the battalion back up to its normal standards, this is also a crucial part of the job of a Vice Commander as they need to be able to get as much information as possible about the situation and punish according to the severity of the wrong doing. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have had previous experience as a battalion commander from my time as a 501st Command Member which I was for five months, which gave me plenty of times to learn the limits of my powers as a Command member and educated me on how to run a battalion to keep it from dying out. I have also had previous experience as an Army High Command Member which during that time I learned why things are conducted in certain ways. I have also been an active member of the community since December 2020 and I have never received one warning during my time on the server. I have tried my best to have a positive relationship with everyone I meet on the server and try my best to be a role model for what other members should strive to be while interacting with others on the server. I have also been an active member of Starfighters since the 8th day of March which I believe I have only had positive interactions with other members of SF since then and have a positive place inside the battalion. 7. How often can you be Online? : My current schedule allows me to be on as much as I want so I could be active for 4-6 hours a day everyday. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : Not Applicable. (120 words) : I can be trusted with an Officer rank because of the time I have spent on the server, as I have been an active member of this community since all the way back in 2020. I can also be trusted as I have previous experience in High Command Positions and similar Officer positions for many months in 501st. I have only ever been striked once for inactivity back when I was 501st Senior Commander, which I believe is a testament to how well mannered I am. My character is also very reputable with myself, often having good relations with other members of the community and trying to create as positive of an environment as possible. I believe that with this background it lays out a very long and trustworthy record of my actions, and I look forward to repaying the trust put into me. What can you do to assist command with this rank? (60 words) : I can do many things to assist the current command team. First off as a former High Command member I know many of the policies regarding the server and I would be able to be a quick source of information for that if they wish to consult me about those matters. Also I have vastly expanded my skills required for doc work since joining the server, I would consider myself very skilled in the art of making DOCs and how to make them very nice looking and convenient to use. What is the point of been a officer? (50 words) : An officer is supposed to form the bedrock of the Battalion, assisting with the training of NCOs and monitoring the overall vibe of the Battalion, correcting it where it falls out of line with what is desired by the Battalion Command. Also looking for good new talent within the battalion to promote in order to keep the battalion alive, while doing things to keep the lower ranks entertained such as SIMs and the like. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him? (75 words) : If a fellow officer was abusing his power to command lower ranked individuals, I would take these steps in order to correct the situation. Firstly I would ask him to step into a different TS Channel to speak with him on how his actions are wrong. Secondly, if he refuses to heed my warnings I would gather evidence of his wrong doing, then lastly report him to Battalion Command since they are the only ones able to deal out punishments for officers within the Battalion. (60 words) : The main point of a Non Commissioned Officer is to perform tryouts to obtain new members into the battalion. As well as to help guide new players onto the rules and regulations of the server, while also not stealing members of other battalions allowing them to make an informed decision on what they want to do. Also to keep order when no officers are online and keep the battalion’s reputation good by being a good representation of the battalion's morals. Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around? (75 words) : I would first tell the enlisted that he needs to stop what he is doing. Then I would explain what he is doing wrong, followed by a final warning. Assuming they fail to follow the warnings prior I would get a clip of them messing around or minging and report it up the Chain of command. That way someone with the proper authority to dish out a punishment is aware of the situation, and a punishment can be given out based at their discretion. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? : I have had previous experience in both battalion command and High Command and feel that my skills could be better employed at a Vice Commander level rather than a COL. Also I have become very attached to 501st and feel like they are the only battalion where I can be the most free with, both free to speak my mind and to execute my ideas. I have been in 501st since day one of me playing on the server so it holds a very special place with me, it is because of this that I would like to help them out to be the best they can possibly be and currently I feel like my talents are being squandered at COL. 4. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? : A Vice Commanders purpose is to support the Commander by doing a lot more of the more menial tasks and to gain experience from the Commander whose job it is to mentor them to be a better command member. This primarily revolves around assisting the updating and or creating of new documents, and keeping roster up to date. They are also there to answer questions for any of the lower rankings that way they don't have to directly go to the Commander as you are expected to be a bastion of knowledge about your battalion. Able to quickly and efficiently lead and teach your troopers under you. Also to be active enough to encourage the battalion to be active, while fostering a good sense of community which would keep players interested and coming back to the server. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : As stated previously I have both High command and Battalion Commander experience. I have also been an active member of this community since 12/18/20, which is over a year ago now. During this time I have been trying my hardest to help other members of the community and to be as respectful to the other players as possible. 7.
