  2. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : 501st HVYL ARC COL Nebel 1943 2. What Regiment are you applying for? 501st 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be VCMDR for 501st because I have been around for quite a considerable amount of time, which means I know a majority of the people who are in the regiment I know how they interact with each other. I also feel like 501st is the only regiment where I truly fit in all of the other regiments I have joined I either have a distance between me. I also funnel almost all of my time on the server into 501st. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 660+ hours or 27 days https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/919716259?servers[4604844]=3M 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A commander organizes the unit, keeping their sub battalions interesting and active by making sure the sub battalion leads and assistant leads are doing stuff for their sub battalions. You also have to keep NCOs doing tryouts to keep your regiment alive, but once they are in you have to keep Officers and yourself to do things to interest them into it through SIMs, Trainings or Missions. The job of a commander in summary is to keep the regiment alive through sub battalions, and general activity through encouraging NCOs and Officers activity. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I can be trusted to be a commander because I am very dedicated to the 501st with a majority of my time on this server being as a part of them I would not want to betray my unit by being stupid. I am always down to answer any questions anyone has and if I don't know the answer I am very interested in learning the answer through those around me. I have some experience in keeping a roster up to date as for a time I was the only one updating the 501st HVY sub battalion roster, which is to my understanding a large portion of the VCMDR job. I do not get angry when dealing with people either, I am able to keep a level head through my interactions with other players. 7. How often can you be Online? : 2-6 Hours a day 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No Thank you for your time in reading this, hope you have a great day!

  7. Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : 501st HVYAL LTC Nebel 1943 2. What Regiment are you applying for? 501st Legion 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a vice commander for the 501st for many reasons. First off I feel like I am a very active member of the regiment and know just about everything that goes on in the regiment. Second I am very dedicated to the 501st, almost all of my time on the server is spent on the 501st jobs. As well I know just about every NCO and higher and how they interact with each other, which allows me to have the NCOs and Officers interact in a way that will positively create an orderly environment within the 501st. Finally I feel like the 501st is in a good position when it comes to activity but we need to keep it up by frequently running SIMS and trainings, which I want to kick into overdrive by encouraging the Officers to host such events and to show that dedication to keeping the 501st active will be rewarded. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 424 Hours or 2+ weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The primary purpose of a commander is to keep the unit alive, through constantly maintaining pressure on anyone who is able to do tryouts to do them as frequently as possible, and to lead SIMs and trainings for your unit. But this can also be accomplished through encouraging Officers to lead their own and giving advice to those Officers. You can also attract more recruits by keeping the regiment as good looking as possible which can be done through removing minges, and having other regiments join in and participate in your trainings and SIMs which can impress them by looking as best as you can in front of the other units. Such as having excellent communication and adept troopers who have been well drilled in their expertise, which circles around to having more trainings and SIMs to improve your battalion to the best it can be. I believe that all roles of a Commander on some level are the most important because any job you do will affect other roles you have in the battalion such as failing to remove minges will cause less serious people to join the battalion and the less people you have who take it seriously will cause you to have less NCOs which means that it makes your job to increase activity harder, Every action you take or don't take will cause an effect on the battalion as a whole which is important for you to understand that every single action should be well thought out and with the best intentions of the battalion in mind. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I can be trusted to be a Commander because I care about the position and how I am viewed by my peers, As well as I take pride in doing my job to the best of my ability which I will continue to do. I also have a very good comprehension of the duties and roles of a Vice Commander. 7. How often can you be Online? : Everyday for 3-9 hours 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No Warnings
  8. It makes the lower enlisted happy and would be a source of "RP" in my opinion
  9. 1. Whats your in-game name and rank: RSS SGM Lebel 1866 2: Whats your timezone?: PST 3: Whats your SteamID?: STEAM_0:0:73286407 4: Why do you want to be a medical officer?: There is currently a lack of experienced officers inside medical, with all of the experienced officers being in command positions or just below it it leaves a gap between the NCO's and where the experienced officers are. I want to fill the gap between the two and allow for a proper chain of command for Medical. 5: Whats your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10: 9-10 6: Why should you be a medical officer?: I am active, I have previous experience as an officer and I know how to organize troops and keep them motivated in a battalion. Currently the medical battalion is quite low on numbers and I know how to keep people interested in the battalion and how to get more people into the battalion. 7: How well do you command other troopers?: I can command almost anyone, I know how to get people interested into a unit and how to keep their attention on me which is a major deal when it comes to getting people to follow your orders. 8: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: I should be accepted over other applications because I am one of the higher ranking and more experienced NCOs in the battalion. I have worked with members inside and outside the regiment and understand how to interact with other battalions and how to give the Medical Battalion a good reputation.
