  1. -Support I fully agree with Rustime and Noshow on what they said about this topic. There is no reason to nerf something almost every battalion in the server has because one battalion has an issue fighting against it (It isn't that hard to fight against a jetpack) I will say the irony of it as Rusty said with Jetpacks and T-4s. There is no need to nerf the Jetpack, that's the bottom line. It's balanced as it is
  2. +Support - Active - Dedicated - Takes The Initiative - Excellent RP Cinder has demonstrated their ability to perform as a VCMDR in IQ and frequently excels at their duties. I see no reason as to why they wouldn't be able to do the same as IQ's CMDR, if not better. They take the initiative in all matters, which is a quality that should be utilised, and the CMDR position would allow for it to be used even better than it already is. Good luck! You deserve a shot at CMDR!
  3. To respond to this, F16 normally would swap jobs to other members within TI-23 to fill there roles when needed. We are giving him some specialty equipment to prevent this. Would make it much easier to not have to switch jobs every time. This is why we proposed he gets that, we did leave the fortification tablet out as well.
  4. +Support Has been apart of the 501st Legion for quite some time. Is Lieutenant Colonel so Command definitely thinks he has what it takes to be a Senior Officer. Tries to get out there and communicate as much as he can. Knows when to step back from a situation. +/- Support - While you are a wonderful member of 501st and of the Community, I think you should probably work on yourself and your current position as your activity isn't the great (You are on LOA so I won't deep dive on this) - I'd like to see more outreach for other branches to join in on SIMs/Training's. Though both candidates are both amazing choices, I believe that Spades is a great member of this regiment. Good luck, Spades.
  5. +Support Would be fun and interesting to see this in the game! Would also allow for more RP scenarios
  6. +Support Does good events An active, determined Gamemaster Knows what hes doing when it comes to all the things of Gamemasters.
  7. +Support -Active -Dedicated -Previous Command Experience -Understands The Responsibilities Of A Command Member -Detailed Application Cinder has been a command member before and has spent plenty of time within Inquisitorius. They've demonstrated their work ethic and abilities throughout various positions on the server. I have no doubt that Cinder, if given the opportunity to be a VCMDR again, would perform well above expectations.
  8. | What is your IGN? (In Game Name) | DT SN03 | DT MAJ AL0 | What Regiment are you applying for? | Death Trooper Command | Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? | There are several reasons to why I would like the opportunity to become a Command member within Death Troopers. To begin with, one of the many reasons I have to because of the current state that the Death Trooper Battalion is in, this is one of the lowest points within DT that we have had in a very long time. My hope and goal if I get VCMDR is to help revive DT to what it used to be, active, fun & serious. This goal remains the same even if this position is denied to me. Even if I never become Command, I will help those who do to achieve this to the best of our ability, no matter how long it may take. Another reason for wanting to become command is to better help DT Documents and the members within DT improve. The members within DT, including me can always improve. I hope to allow us the room and the chance to improve and change for the better when we work as a group. DT Documents, I hope to add a unique touch to your documents that hasn't been there in a very long time. I want to bring different aspects and perspectives to how we commit and see changes within the battalion, but this ambition can only be done in a Command position. I have tried to suggest some things previously but all failed in there attempted to make it up. This isn't on the Command Team who did it or the ones before them. Every team has there own focuses and qualities on what they can bring to the table. That why if I become a Command member within DT, I can bring a unique and different perspective than all the others before me. These are a few of the reasons to why I wish to become DT Command, now I obviously can't rant on and on about everything I wish or would like to do within this branch. What I can say is if you would like to know more about my perspective on DT, then I would love to have a conversation with you. HCOM or just apart of DT or any battalion! | How much game time do you have on the server? | Over 11 weeks | What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? | Overall, the main purpose of a Command member for the Death Trooper battalion is to oversee and suggest, implement new changes, aspects and perspectives to the battalion and those around, in it. This allows the battalion to grow evermore. As a Command member we are to watch over the troopers within our battalion and make sure they are doing well and following the rules of the battalion and server as a whole. If they fail to do this, we should bring them aside and let them know and explain it. They shouldn't just be removed or punished if they didn't fully know. They need to learn and be taught about it, ultimately this is how you grow a battalion. Not by punishing or removing, but by teaching and learning. This goes both way, I may be taught something new by one of my Officers, NCO's or even Enlisted. This enables us to grow evermore and to always improve as a person and a battalion. | Why should we trust you to be a commander? | As many of you know, across the many years I have played within the Gaminglight servers, I have held a multitude of ranks, this list includes command positions, Command Officer Positions and Officer positions in if not almost every battalion within the server, this being both past battalions that are no longer with us or those that have stayed here from the start. My most recent Command position was as IC VCMDR 1207 Sev. During this time I showed my commitment and trustworthiness countless times. This was shown through my effort via documents and helping revive IC with the other Command Members Although I am recently considered newer as a Command Officer within DT and received a rather large promotion by Command and HCOM to obtain this rank, I had no plans on applying for quite some time, but given the circumstances of DT and everything that has happened I feel as if DT is in need of someone to help take charge and lead them back to a active and good battalion. The members we have now are already more than I could hope for, but I wish to enlist more and even brighter ones so that they may take our Officer and Command positions in the distant future. These are a few of the reasons to why I may be trusted as a Command Member. | How often can you be Online? | Almost everyday. Depends on work. Approx. 15-25hrs Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : None Thankyou for taking the time to read this application. -Alpha

  13. +Support Boomer is a good role model and a good person to look up to from new enlisted and future officers, I believe he will go pretty far in 501st and I wonder what he can/will achieve when he receives this rank.
  14. In-Game name: Alpha/S41 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:142293867 Rank: 1SGT How long have you been in your current rank?: 5 Days, Nearly 6 at the time of this application What experiences in leadership do you have?: | My experiences in leadership within Gaminglight include, but are not limited to: | IC VCMDR Sev, Purge LTCOL, SF Senior Aviation OVL Rexlar Breath and many more. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) There are many reasons that I would like to be an Officer within DT and I will go over a few within this section. The first reason I would like to become an Officer within DT is to help assist DT with there daily and weekly needs for whatever they may be, I have done my best when it comes to activity and recruitment in DT and have done all I can to solve issues with other battalions as they come up. I try to keep DT in the best shape when I'm on and love getting DT active in both events and guarding. Even better when we host sims or trainings with DT, I try my best to apply each DT in there position within the battalion to where they should be so it may suit there best needs, weather they are a seeker, Ti-23, Sarlac or a regular DT. Each person hold a special role and I would like to be able to give them the best experience while also trying to assist them in any way I can, even if they are a higher rank I will give advice and assistance as needed and if they ask for it. This is so that each member no matter there rank may be the best they can so that we can secure a good future for the Death Trooper Battalion. Another reason I want to be Officer as I previously stated is I love helping others, this is shown by me being in Staff and is actually the reason I applied for staff to begin with and later applied for the Support Team within Gaminglight. I try my absolute best to assist those in need even if they aren't in my battalion or are just a normal or casual member within the server or Gaminglight itself. I truly believe that in order to be an Officer you have to be will to help others, from my experience this also goes and ranges all the way up to Command and HCOM as well. If you aren't here to assist others and to better the battalion as a whole I don't understand why someone would want such a prestigious position such as an Officer within Death Trooper or any battalion to begin with. Another reason I would like to become a Officer within DT is that I want to help DT reach it's peak as it did in the past, I want to see DT hit the player cap and the server to be at 60 or even 70 member average like it use to be. I think that starts with the Officers in both this battalion and others, they are the pillars for what we need to have a active, respectful and committed battalion. This goes multiple way, Members of DT to CMD Team and the CMD Team to it's battalion. It even extends to other battalions and players. I would like to become a Officer so that I may assist with this, no matter how small it is, a change towards the right direction has to somewhere and I think it starts with the Officer Core. These are a few reasons that I would like to become an Officer within DT. Although I would love to rant on and on about this, I want to keep this at a minimal length for the sake of others to read as not to clog up this application. If you are wanting more information about this I would love to speak with you, please contact me! What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) To be honest, there are few things that make me stand out from my peers as I couldn't ask for better people to be around with, they all do a fantastic job, given this though I will try my best to list a few. Some things I think make me stand out over my peers is how I can handle situations involving members of our battalion with other members within and without. This also includes staff and gamemasters alike, whenever there is an issue I try my best to resolve and at the end of it I also ask they to contact an Officer or higher ranking member within there battalion and within DT so that it may be fully resolved if they don't feel like it has been resolved enough. I have tried my best to handle these situations and contact those that are needed to be contacted. Another thing that I hold in high regards, but doesn't make me stand out fully as the other NCO's do a pretty good job of it being Respectful and professional. I truly believe that there is a time to mess around and to minge a little, but there is a time for the utmost respect and professionalism. I feel I can best represent this when I was a CMD member in the Imperial Commandos with Rusty and Core I had to learn this line, I also had a mentor(Wes) that helped my learn this line and nearly perfect it in my humble opinion. I know for a fact that I know when and where to do both of these and to what extent it should be done, I have also learned very well how to intertwine the both to a point to where you can be respectful, professional and still have quite a bit of fun. I feel that when becoming an Officer to you need to know the fine line with this aspect and area, especially within DT where most players don't join as they think it's boring. I want to change there mindset and how they think, we should be able to have fun, be respectful and professional all at once within DT. This has been shown in the past and a few times during my time in DT, I truly believe that in order to bring DT back to it's prime we all need to know this line and need to be the best we can. This is why I think I standout in this area, I have been on both ends and in-between both areas, this is why I think I'm very well acquainted and informed in this topic and area. Because of this, I wish to help and show others they can also do this! Which 2 Maj+ Gave Permission: DT Major Jpackis/F16 | DT COL Salt/SC01 Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? Affirmative Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? Affirmative I would like to thankyou for taking the time to read my application and thanking those of you who also responded to it.
