Since Saturday, June 24, 2023 Why Do You Want to Become an Officer? [100+ Words] I want to be able to help others. Help not just NCO's, or Enlisted but to also help the other officers, by taking the weight off of their back as well as taking weight off of Vice Commander, and the Commander. My primary focus while being a member of 501st has been to contribute whatever I can to people in need. Becoming an Officer will give me the ability to ensure I can offer support to all of the 501st members when it is required. I would also be able to give promotions to those who deserve it in case I am the highest rank on during a PDB. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] I can make their jobs easier by giving out promotions, or by doing simple training such as trigger discipline. Also, I would assist the other members of 501st, as well as answer questions they have to help them when I can, as well as make sure they are comfortable. Helping is the main thing I want to do and I believe I can finally do as such, especially with helping those who help all of 501st. Be that either something simple as answering a question someone is shy to talk to VC+ or enacting a punishment on someone who had been minging. How many strikes do you have? 0 What Qualifications could you bring to the 501st Officer Team? I am already constantly trying to assist everyone I can in the 501st as well as already having listening, and communication skills. Have you had any previous experience as an Officer?
