The purpose of a commander for a branch is to lead troopers of their respective battalion and enforce the will of high command, the commanders and vice commanders should also do everything they can to keep their battalion active while also keeping them disciplined. its also the commander and vice commander's job to keep all SOP's and Training documents up to date. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : There are many people within the 501st that believe i would make a good vice commander, even some of our current command team thinks so. I may not be the most experience in command or even on this server but i will put my everything into keeping this battalion at the top because we are on TOP! [100+ Words] I, 1SGT Mox, would like to become an Officer within the 501st because I believe I can be more helpful to the 501st if I was an Officer, and I believe I can handle the responsibility that will come with the position. I don't want to have to witness the battalion go through problems and be able to help deal with the problems just because I'm a NCO. I also believe that becoming an Officer within the 501st will widen my knowledge for I can and should know, Not to mention this could raise me up the ranks of this Battalion if command accepts this. I am online every day unless i'm on a vacation so there would always be an Officer online to assist the 501st in whatever problems that may arrive while command is not available. I also believe that by becoming an Officer, I can help our enlisted and NCO’S develop within the 501st and grow to be outstanding soldiers while also upholding the honor and dignity that the 501st holds thanks to current 501st command’s efforts.
