But from the Staff Handbook "Members of the Gaminglight Staff Team are entrusted with the responsibility to deal with sits and issues with fairness, honesty, and common sense. They are empowered to use discretion in how they chose to administrate, and it is understood that a staff member may choose to handle a situation differently from another staff member. Additionally, it is further understood that a variety of factors can influence how a staff member decides to handle a specific issue. This can include repeat offenders, the attitude of the offender, as well as other factors.".
With that said if Jay deems a warning for this situation the warning is valid. I don't see how this warning is false. Make sure your binds work next time to avoid warnings like this.

You can still be arrested after getting warned.

I fail to see any misconduct from Jay. However this format is not correct. Due to the fact that you are trying to bring in real laws into a Semi-Serious server to get someone in trouble is quite petty. I believe you are just upset due to being arrested and not being aware of what it was for. As someone who saw exactly what happened you definitely were disobeying direct orders that were lawful and breaking server rules due to camera spam. If someone flashes a light with high Lu's at someone IRL they would be charged with battery due to the flashing light could blind them or cause a seizure due to conditions.

this man has proven time and time again that he is active and dedicated to his PD command positions. he has excelled in every way personally I’ve handled situations with him and he’s been nothing but professional kind and understanding of all situations. his activity is also another strong point for him personally I’ve played with locus many times and I can say with confidence that he’s more active than most. he has something special about him that makes him excel in a command position.

Any other job that works within a “Branch” has to follow the SOP regardless of whether or not the person on said job is within that branch:

CI Heavy
Both are required to follow the SOP for that branch even though virtually anyone can flag on that job.
If a SOP rule is broken that is a broken rule.
if an MOTD rule was broken then it should be a staff matter not a 912 matter

Unfortunately, a staff members account was hacked and most members accounts were banned from most of the GamingLight discord servers. JMT have notified SMT of the problem and most likely the discord servers will return to somewhat normal order in the next couple of weeks.
SMT will start unbanning members from each discord. If you have not been unbanned and think it is a mistake then I believe you contact JMT or SMT with your Name, Discord ID Name and Discord ID Code.

Gives criminals and government alike new things to participate in and respond to. The only cons I see for this is that the workshop content the item has listed under it's installation tab add up to around 70+ MB which may cause some lag and cause longer wait times. Overall, it looks like a great addon and activity to add to the overall roleplay experience.

If you do not want to be warned or banned then simply follow the MOTD. You may have a few hiccups and get warned for something but when you do so, just re-read the MOTD. Because you stated 'rightfully or not'. If you feel that a ban is not warranted for the offence or that the ban is false, we have a system called Ban Appeals. That's where they deal with the few people who are wrongfully banned a year.
