E-11 is out of character, he could have just been striked, he got warned for RDM( I'm pretty sure). You just showed a clip of you cuffing an OOC E-11. (Defcon 4), then sacrificing him.

What are you suggesting? - That D-class with riot control disguises and spy's cannot act as command. How would this change better the server? - This would in fact prevent people from threatening to strike new players for no reason. Especially since Security is a starter branch, the command is very important, I feel a D-class that acts as a WO and then threatens to strike without a valid reason can make people just hop off. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Only that D-class can't act as a 1LT or command. Who would this change mostly benefit? - People who are command in Nu7, E-11, Security, Research, etc. (As these are the glasses that people can disguise as.) Basically the E-11 Scout needs: Foundation, MTF, E-11, & Security comms, since at this moment they do not.
