In-Game name: FF5 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:570251076 Rank: CPL How long have you been in your current rank?: about 4 days now What experiences in leadership do you have?: I resigned as a 1LT in medical and found ways to help the battalion to the best of my abilty and i was respected amongst the batalion, on SCP-RP i am currently an SM in Chaos insurgency as well as a SSGT in Nu7, these roles provided me with the experience of leading those below me as well as setting a good example for them. Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) I would like to become a NCO because it is the next step for me being able to help the batalion out, I enjoy hosting tryouts and helping those who need help. Being an NCO also opens new oportunites for myself to progress in the batalion I hope to reach command someday and this is one of the first steps i can take to progress, to that rank, I have been in DT before and played for a long time on the server, i feel that NCO get more respect around the server aswell as in the battalion, I try to do everything in my power to better the battalion and this will increase the ammount of things i can do for us. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) Something i feel that makes me stand out more is my activity and dedication to this batallion. I am active daily for long periods at a time, about 4-5 hours daily after school, on weekends i am on for about 6-7 hours, I have been trusted with high ranks in the past on this server and on SCP-RP. Another thing is my level of entusiasm that i show towards doing tryouts aswell as observing them, whenever i can i will go to spectate a tryout, I also participate in a lot of sims and get recognized around the server. SMT originally reccomended me for SGT however we stuck with the rules and saved it for an application. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position? Yes i understand.

What are you suggesting? - have a chat feauture allowing an open comms that is in RP How would this change better the server? - we have no formal way of using open comms other than adverting and then puting [OPEN] in front of the sentence it would also make adverts stand out even more suuch as Hands up/Partial for Gensec, Self breaches, and raids/thermals. it could also help limit meta gaming by secluding certain people who can see the comms. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - it would require some coding but i think its possible Who would this change mostly benefit? - MTF, CI, Research/RnD (for mass testing)

I don't even know where to start, this server was filled with the best damn people i have ever met. you guys gave me some of the best memories i could have asked for. you guys helped me cope with mental illness and my struggles irl. you guys were always there to support me in my times of need. however i feel my time has come. I was a lot of different things on this server. I was a Death Trooper, A medic, an Inferno Agent, a Naval gunnery officer, a Starfighter Pilot, a moderator, a Gamemaster, I was Bacon. And through all those different battalions i made so many damn good friends that i love to death. You guys were like my Second family. you would always support me, screw around with me, and RP with me. There where a lot of people who made this ride even better and I wish them the best. What do you want to see? - I would like CC to no longer have access to bacta injector and stim shots Why should we add it? - you should remove it because it is one of the things that give medical another use, we are running around attempting to give ammo and stims but CC already distribute them and it removes the purpose of medical besides RP What are the advantages of having this? - Some advantages are medical will be more useful in combat scenarios and around the ship. removing it will draw more attention to medical and help our battalion increase in popularity Who is it mainly for? - all of medical Links to any content - n/a -Medical 1LT Bacon
