  1. -support Yes the clip is small, but it does do decent damage. I'd recommend using this as a secondary not a primary.
  2. This would probably be FailRPx3. Not RDMx3. +Support
  3. Edited original post to add clip of what I'm trying to prevent.
  4. +support shouldn't really be using launcher at that close of a range
  5. Spamming wouldn't work the way it does now since the delay would be added. We'd basically just go back to how it was at Site 5. If this is the only issue you have, then I see that this suggestion will fix more issues that it'll cause. As the issue you stated isn't major.
  6. -Support for this only. If it gets moved to 1, it'll get in the way when trying to switch to med kit. I'd recommend keeping it in slot 2, but renaming it so it comes after Keys. +Support for everything else because why not.
  7. Like? I agree it does need additional work, but a slowing it down helps with being able to actually get off the elevator once in reaches to bottom lol. Several times, I am called back up as soon as it touches the ground because someone in upper called the elevator. If we just have it kill people who try to break it, we're still left with the problem of people having trouble getting on, and getting off the elevator without having the gates shut on you half a second later.
  8. + support Makes sense. However its just one day. Maybe wait it out? Also for future reference, make sure to wait a little to see if you will be brought to a sit before instantly DC.
  9. +support Yeah that sounds unfair. Needs update.
  10. What are you suggesting? - There be a 3-second delay added to the d block elevator buttons. How would this change better the server? - Currently, pressing the button will close the doors immediately. People run into the elevator and press the button, instantly closing the doors AS people are still trying to get in. There is not enough time to get in, then people get trapped under the door, breaking the elevator. Adding a delay will help allow everyone that is trying to get in AND out without breaking the door. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - We'd have to wait 3 seconds. But so what? Who would this change mostly benefit? - D class. Maybe Gensec since waves will be delayed by 3 seconds? Also the elevator will be broken less so they would worry less about that. (Hopefully) But mostly D class. What I'm trying to prevent THE MOST: https://medal.tv/clips/34246246/d1337N9VGP7V
  11. Can we make sure R&D Command can whitelist for RND jobs. It currently cannot and hasn't been fixed despite bug reports.
  12. That also doesn't stop them from whipping out an AWP and blasting you down. You don't technically have to obey them after 5 mins, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're guaranteed to live. You're still a D-class. Also some MOTD rules are subject to change, without the MOTD being up to date at the current time. Just go with whatever staff says to avoid getting into trouble.
  13. Very good question. Firstly, No, because you have a cooldown. If you take all of them, you'd get warned for FailRP for not following your cooldown. (Listed in MOTD). This technically isn't teaming, you're just doing what 106 does. If they wanna call teaming, that's on them. I recommend downloading Medal if you haven't already. It'll help you record clips of these events so you can defend yourself if you ever get brought to a staff sit. Lots of people use recording software to reports incidents as proof is required. This is just so people can't just make false accusations all the time and people getting punished for them. This doesn't mean people won't make false accusations. It just protects yourself from them. Provide the clip for the event you're being reported for and prove you're innocent. Kind of like dash cam footage when filing an insurance claim. But you taking someone that was taking 173 back to its CC, shouldn't be failrp. Especially if he wasn't alone. The other person still has time to run off with 173 while you wait for your cooldown. Or they can even just pin him against the wall and run away and come back for him later. (I don't recommend MTF doing this but it's possible) As long as you don't uncuff him, it shouldn't be teaming. Because they're also technically on NLR, you shouldn't uncuff them. Not sure if your NLR starts once your officially contained, or the second you get cuffed. Basically, what I'm trying to say is, no don't just ignore them. But make sure you can back yourself up if they accuse you for teaming. Otherwise just avoid it.
  14. It's a touchy subject. Think of it in a RP perspective at least so it makes a little more sense: You're about to die from being tested on, but there's an SCP loose. They ask your help to recontain it in return for having your life spared. I'm pretty sure you'd take that over getting killed by them. Once you help them, they can just erase your memory and throw you back into your cell. ----------------- There have been times where CCs helped foundation get control of the facility. There are also times where MTF call CI for help inside the facility. So it's not exactly failrp, if there was an agreement made, or a ceasefire was called. (Everything stated above are not official rules, and must not be taken as if they are. These are simply explainations to events that can occur on the server regarding opposing branches assisting eachother, using personal knowledge and educated guesses.)
  15. It's still too OP. Doom guy already goes around with a knife, killing loads of gensec with only 100/100. Imagine if he had 150/150. Just because you have a melee doesn't mean it's a good trade off for having more health. There are also donor weapons. Falcon, or titan fall weapons don't spawn with the CC, but you as a player. Doesn't matter what job, you'll always have those guns. So if your CC spawns with only a melee, you still spawn with your own donor items. Doesn't matter if it does now damage, it's still a ranged weapon.
  16. Working together to kill personnel (Teaming with other SCPs) - You're required to roam separately from one another. If you are to come across eachother, attempt to branch out from each other and roam different halls as stated in MOTD. You should not stay in the same area with another SCP for long periods of time because it will count as teaming if you don't make the effort to get away from each other. If they are following YOU, call staff. Working together to kill opposing teams (Teaming with Personnel like MTF, CI, D-class, etc...) - SCPs are hostile towards humans, and cannot assist them in killing their enemy - You cannot target specific branches because you want to help another branch. (example: Killing all MTF so CI can breach d-class) - Teaming with specific individuals. (Maynard, Bright, any member of any branch) If you are doing a test with research, make sure you're following RP rules and stay in character. Review MOTD to see what you can and cannot do. Also you won't get banned unless you're getting formal warns. You'll probably get blacklisted from SCPs before you get banned.
  17. -Support Yes, it does suck not being able to use a service you purchased. However, just like any other service you buy, there are still agreements to be upheld associated with said purchase. My negative support comes from the multiple incidents documented with your profile. I've also had minor encounters with you while on the server and each mildly annoying in terms of behavior. Never enough to where I felt the need to report you, but enough that I didn't doubt you would be soon. If this was one case, this would probably end differently. Multiple cases doesn't favor you.
  18. - support Two reports? I thought it was just one. Yeah, no.
