-Support After further consideration I still hold the position that my warn was justified. For starters the reason I warned you was for the lack of roleplay in the situation, you killed someone who was unarmed and only lockpicking. Lockpicking is not a death sentence, these things need to be roleplayed out, its police-rp, not call of duty. On top of this, while you were shooting an unarmed person you killed an officer behind him putting him in cuffs. This is a consequence of not roleplaying the scenario out, and assessing the situation instead of randomly blasting. Now regarding this, my job is to enforce the rules. The rules say if someone passes a clearly outlined KOS sign, you can kill them. It does not say that if someone is lockpicking someone if cuffs, you can shoot them. I agree that if someone passes that line you should try to arrest them first, I may not always do that if they are minging but I try. Regarding this, I know he didn't, I talked to him about it after the sit. He was new to the server and his first impression was someone killing him for lockpicking. I told him to advert and have the same last name, he was very understanding and I gave him a verbal. Just because someone breaks a rule does not mean you shoot them, you make a report by putting /report in chat.

I have a good relationship with most players on the server which makes it easier to sort out reports and get the truth, I also am extremely dedicated to GL, I keep a daily activity and joined the staff team. I have remained loyal to GL for an extremely long time and have never done anything to intentionally harm the server, I always try to keep the experience as fun as possible for all players. I also take leadership in dire situations and maintain control through stressful shifts and scenes, I maintain composure and professionalism through the chaos and help any enlisted and supervisor I can. I take initiative a lot during situations and have clear and short communications over the radio as well as exceptional pursuit skills, on top of that I have a deep understanding of the law and 10 codes and department policy and can enforce it well. I also make sure everyone is working together as a team and managing the enlisted and supervisory, I have a lot of experience with this and I now have another 4 weeks of it here. I also adapt to situations well and can be extremely resilient, I'm also able to multi-task very well and give a neutral judgment on reports and situations. I also help supervisors train a lot and train cadets myself, I help enlisted all the time and I'm very patient. I feel like I'm ready for Captain, I've been with Gaminglight for a long time and I am trusted by many, I feel that I fit what high command is looking for and would love to be more involved with PD low command. -support Telling someone to kill themselves is a very serious matter and effects peoples mental health, its been 4 months and I doubt you have learned much in that time and from the looks of it you just came on the server to minge and didn't give a compelling or sincere reason to be unbanned. I suggest finding people on a different community to harass this year since its a new you, goodluck.

-support You got 21 warns in the span of 5 days some for doing the same things, then got perma banned for alting, I'm kind of having a hard time believing that you are coming onto the server to RP. Also its been a very long time since you were banned and should have been appealed sooner.

The server has already had things like this added and they don’t stay long, everyone initially thinks they are very cool then never use them ever. Just takes up server space.

+support I know mansion caused issues but I think it would be nice to give it another shot, its a very fun base to raid as law enforcement and would add a center of attention around it making player gathering more split up on the map.

-support just as Nicc said, its nearly impossible to keep alive. Its nice to see a dispatcher on once and a while and as much as i wanna see dispatchers it just cant happen.

Throughout that career on Gaminglight, I have shown great maturity in important situations and professionalism while on duty, I always respect command and follow orders, and helped enlisted when they need help. I train a lot, and have a deep understanding of the police handbook and training procedure, on top of that I have a good understanding of the law and 10 codes and will always help civilians understand their rights and my obligations. Also throughout my time on Gaminglight, I have built strong relationships with many people in the community and have a solid reputation for good RP and the respect that I have shown to all members. I'm extremely dedicated to the police department and would love to help make it thrive as one of the command members, I'm also extremely active and loyal to the Gaminglight community and would never do anything to harm the police department or obstruct the fair process of justice for all citizens of Rockford. I also believe I have proven myself an effective leader and have often taken the initiative to organize units into patrol vehicles to reduce lag and become more effective as a department, and taken leadership in dangerous active shooter and pursuit situations.
