-Support This is literally done in /f a comms there is no need for it to be done via advert. The entire point of comms is to keep stuff secret not release it to everyone, especially D class, they don't need that information. I understand you can make the argument that they shouldn't metagame but its very easily exploitable. Not to mention I have never seen the problem with the defcon thing. If you see someone abusing it, get proof and report it to their command or staff if necessary.

-Support An active shootout is a vague term to specify as such. Now the problem here is no time frame was mentioned but I have seen people get warned for healing within the 10 second timeframe. If it means I can take cover I could just get behind a wall and heal immediately after I get shot. This would constitute combat healing.

I have mentored Kilo during my time in Omi9 and he has come a long way. He has consistently shown that your opinion on someone can change in the blink of an eye. He has matured and learned to take responsibility for not only his actions but of his branch. He is willing to make the tough decisions and is willing to do whatever it takes to get something done.

Apologies for the late response Let me start off by addressing the warns then I shall move onto the ban First he was on d class micspamming and I witnessed it multiple times and gave him verbals and gagged him 2 times and thought he would stop. After he refused to stop I issued a warning for Micspam and NCWS. While he was in d block he was telling people “fuck you” but I verbally warned him for that. Onto the 2nd warning. He was interfering with a CI raid by bodyblocking and as such was killed. He then proceeded to say he would kill the E4 upon which a temp KOS was called as he was a liability to the raid. Mary one of the PFCs carried out the KOS and he immediately proceeded to say “Mary are you Jewish”. Considering this was lacking context, I didn’t do anything about it. Then he started becoming generally toxic. Hope got to know of the situation and removed him from CI. He then started to command diss and such and he wanted revenge. He then proceeded to hop on the CI Heavy job and start shooting people with a PKM and call Mary a cunt which lead to the “ARDMx2 | Player Diss” warn. He then proceed to hop on d class and stand underneath the moving fence of the elevator to break it and jumped down. And when I asked what are you doing you said “can’t get me”. I may be wrong on exactly what you said here but it was something taunting. I shall get the log if you wish. After this happened I issued a day ban for Glitching the d block elevator. Edit: I clearly mentioned I am issuing a day ban for the exploit as well. Even so there is a sign next to the elevator stating the same.

I am sure if this was intentionally done or it’s a bug but I decided to report it. I would appreciate if this gets fixed as you can't use snipers or any guns of range in LCZ atm

Think of it this way, the researchers are considered men of science, which is also what 049 considers himself. He has a liking for other men of science and would like to engage in conversation with them. More so if a breach happens it’s a defcon 4 as it’s a Euclid breach so they wouldn’t have to go to bunks anyway as that procedure is only carried out for defcon 3 or lower. It’s hard enough for research to test on stuff without being interrupted by d class, GOI, and other stuff. And him being breached does not automatically mean all his colleagues have the pestilence, that’s not how breaches work. My -Support still stands

-Support The range on 966 is pretty good and it can shred through anything in groups. It’s damage Is perfect as it is in my opinion

-Support The armorkit just decides not to work sometimes, why would you nerf it even more.

-Support Lets the researchers do some RP instead of instantly becoming a zombie.
