(Across all Gaminglight Servers):7 Why should we allow you to be an Event Team Member (150+ Words)?:I feel as if I am really active on SCP and I think I could come up with some really cool events in general such and not the same thing over and over such as zombie events not saying they are stupid just saying it can get boring after awhile (I'm not saying people aren't creative who do zombie events) but in general I just think I could make a really good ET and I could also help out with a decent amount of events and I already got some idea's thought of besides that I think I know a good enough amount of lore to make decent events that don't make people mad that don't wanna be apart of them I know that can be annoying some times and include some branches that really never get to do anything because people like the medics utility and that's really about it. Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better):Okay i'm updating it now sorry for the delay, So some idea's I've thought of are site inspectors 079 breaches are quite fun for most even though that not original a nuke failure where SCP's are breached they attempt to set off the nuke it doesn't work and they have to call in a "redacted} MTF force another few are bringing new SCP's into the site and I would like to see if I could do a one time 173 back on site event I think that would be really fun besides that after looking over the wiki for as long as I've played SCP I've found some cool SCP's that we be interesting to have on site they brought 2006 on site that was fun a creative idea some SCP's I would also like to do a 106 femur is broken where they have to find a new way to recontain 106 I think that would be fun as time goes on I would like to find more SCP's that I could bring on site that Is do-able. EU/US:US Number of strikes on the roster/reason for strikes: N/A Position applied for: Researcher manager How would you describe yourself (please be honest):I get mad quickly when someone doesn't do something correctly such as not shut doors behind them or when they don't understand something when it has been told to them several times I understand first time mistakes but when you have been told several times then you can't make excuses, and I wouldn't consider myself an extreme role player I would say I am a semi-serious role player Why do you think you should be command, what can you do that the rest of command can’t? 100-word minimum: I won't say I can't do this better then everyone else but I am active I know a lot about the server and it's rules I've been in research for around a month now I feel like I would include juniors more in things such as mass testing, I would say I am a good leader and I know how to set a good example for those around me I am not very harsh when It comes to small things even though I can get mad I still wouldn't enforce the rule to the point of them not wanting to come back to research I would just tell them how you would do it or that your not suppose to do it not go straight to trying to get them a strike, that is all. How can you make research more active? 100 word minimum: As I stated before I would try and host events and mass testing with research and try and give people a fun experience to make them want to do it more and for the people who aren't active I would try and make them want to come back to doing this mass testing honestly is a super fun way of making researchers active and with the chance out them getting promoted from their activity I think I would be able to make lots of researchers do these things by one, let them vote on the SCP two, Let them decide the test Interview, testing with d-class, whatever the test may be I think it would give the juniors and Associate Researchers more stuff to do and when I was at that stage I wouldn't loved to be in such tests like that besides that I can't really think of much else. Again the reason behind this is because he didn't handle the sit as he should've instead of just warning me and returning me or giving me a verbal he returned me after and then went to rang to then get me in trouble for ltap

He got me anti minged for 4000 seconds when he never informed me he would bring me back to a sit after returning me
