  1. 1. What’s your In-Game Name: WhatIsDylan 2. What’s your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:242468326 3. What is your Rank: MP 4. Total strikes you’ve ever received: 0 5. How many warnings do you have on GL: 0 6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you: 6-7ish 7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words): OS has been something I've wanted to become for a while, before I had to resign a few months ago due to a major surgery I ended up having to undergo I played non-stop in order to eventually be able to apply for this position. Thankfully now that I have returned with no problems such as my past ones I believe it is the perfect time for me to apply as I want to help the future of maintenance now just as much I wanted to a few months ago. If given the chance to prove myself to the branch I promise I will not disappoint as this is like a second family to me. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this: I would first try to communicate with the trainee to return to the training room, if this does not work I would give them a DNT and use the /demote command if they refuse to switch off of the trainee job. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation: If this was still possible I would tell them to stop and then keep an extra watch on said players, as well if other commands are on I would warn them about it, if they continued I would give them a strike. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps: My first course of action would be to attempt and explain to the Junior Maintenance what rules they were breaking and give them a verbal warning, however if they continue I would give them a strike which would get them removed from maintenance as JM have a one strike policy.
  2. + support From what I've seem you seen like a pretty cool guy who I think would do well as a commander : )

  4. 1. What’s your In-Game Name: WhatIsDylan 2. What’s your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:242468326 3. What is your Rank: MA 4. What’s your time on the Server: Six weeks 5. Total strikes you’ve ever received: None 6. How many warnings do you have on GL: None 7. Who gave you permission to apply: Biggie 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you: Honestly I would say a 6 as I have thoroughly enjoyed maintenance. 9. Why do you believe you are fit for Mobile Mop Force (75+ words): My time in maintenance has brought the most enjoyment to me out of any other branch in the server, this is why I have decided to apply for MMF, I believe I am fit for the job as I am very into the role playing mechanics of the utility branch while also being pretty good at the combat side of the server. As well the idea of being a more cleaning focused group sounds very enjoyable. If I am accepted into the position I can promise that I will be super active on the job and provide an enhanced role playing experience for those I interact with. 10. What is the main purpose of MMF? Mobile Mop Forces main purpose is the disposal of hazardous materials, or subjects inside of the facility, whether this be the effects of scps or other combatant forces inside the facility. 11. What would be your preferred pseudonym (name) if you are accepted (must be a name of a cleaning product/brand)? Swiffer Yes I am reusing most of my old mmf application, what are you gonna do about it nerd
  5. 1. What is your Ingame Name: WhatIsDylan 2. SteamID (steamid.xyz if you need to get it): STEAM_0:1:242468326 3. Rank: Medic 4. Time on server: 6 weeks 5. Total strikes ever received: 0 6. How many warns do you have on GL: 0 7. Who gave you permission to apply: Infinity Boot 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: 5/6 9. Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words): I've had plenty of combat experience as I used to be an MMF and an NU7, as well I have been pretty active since I joined and have become very capable at medical role-play scenarios. I believe that by combining these two I would be able to have a very enjoyable time as I would get the best of both worlds, being able to cause and cure pain. 10: (Bonus question, this is in no way required, but it gets you some brownie points) CI is currently raiding. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do?: I would finish healing before returning to combat as ACMs should prioritize healing over combat.

    Question

Mine would have to be the two custom classes that use "the mask" player model, and the Michael Jackson player model. I just think they are very funny.
