This happened a while ago to the advanced combat medic player model, people could still see it yet the model wasn’t actually on the server fully so it used the error signs hit box.

I have fairly high knowledge of CI lore as I’ve been a fan of the SCP community for a few years now. Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? Lore Name: Tofu Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 1025 Question / Idea: How long a D class can survive speed reading SCP-1025 Background Research: SCP-1025 is a hardcover book, approximately 1,500 pages long. The front cover and spine feature the title "The Encyclopedia of Common Diseases." The publisher's page indicates the book was printed in 19██ by █████ Press. No other copies of a book with that title and publisher have been found, and no record of the publisher exists. Hypothesis: I believe that the subject will be able to make it threw 5 diseases before they are unable to continue reading. Observations (What Happened During Test): The test was a fairly simple procedure, only lasting about two minutes in total. The D class was brought in and directed to SCP-1025 and was asked to read as many diseases as fast as they could. They were able to finish around twelve pages before they passed out onto the ground. We brought the subject to the medical bay where they died approximately three and a half hours later. The subjects records were requested, sadly the only diseases that were discovered before the death occurred were Malaria, Smallpox, Yellow Fever, Staphylococcal infection, and Middle East respiratory syndrome. Sadly the subject was not able to be interviewed before they died. Lore Name: Tofu (Was formerly KnightLite) Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 999 Question / Idea: How would SCP 999 react to different forms of negative behavior, both physically and mentally. Background Research: SCP 999 is normally a very playful and happy SCP. It typically will not show any signs of negative behavior to any individuals. Hypothesis: I believe I will be able to push 999 over its edge and hopefully get a reaction out of it. Observations : When I first brought the Class D into the room, SCP 999 immediately began to greet said Class D. Before the test began I had informed the security escort and Class D I was working with to not show any signs of interest towards the SCP; As well I informed the Class D that he was to verbally abuse 999 after I gave him the signal to do so. This resulted in 999 making very strange gargling noises that reminded me of a broken pipe. Concluding this discovery I gave the Class D a piece of bubblegum and told him to hand it to the SCP and grab it back. This resulted in 999 to start circling the legs of the Class D almost in a puppy-like way while squealing. Finally I requested that the Class D gave the SCP a firm punch this concluded the experiment with 999 starting to make an almost hissing sound at us. As we left I made sure to give SCP 999 a few pieces of blueberry flavored gum out of my pocket as an apology. Analysis : I believe that SCP 999 simply became frustrated with the bullying it endured until it finally snapped and became frustrated with the Class D. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes, I was able to successfully push SCP 999 past its point of kindness.

I have also had this happen to me with the barricade, the table in security spawn. and med bay beds.
