[Calling Beanz a Monkey, calling other E-11 "newgens".] Dispute: Around March 4th, I was blacklisted from E-11 for calling Beanz a monkey while on a one-strike rule due to calling other players "newgens" and such. After much confusion, the situation grew much bigger than it should have and my initial removal was extended into a one month blacklist. Since the situation was resolved, I since waited for the next couple of weeks for my blacklist to end and explored the Security and Research department. I don't have the best reputation, which I understand, from my past to this blacklist. And at one point, I did consider leaving, but I was reminded that there are people here who still believe in me and believe I can come back and thrive. I want to experience E-11 with fresh eyes, I want to prove to the branch I once was command of that I can still be a good Operative and a good person. What I did was wrong, and I have no argument against that. Calling people newgens was simply uncalled for, even as a joke since I didn't know many of the people who I called that. Calling Beanz a monkey during a meeting, joke or not, was again uncalled for especially in a professional environment. I accept this, and I take responsibility for it. I want my Blacklist to end early so I can enjoy E-11 again. Nothing in the server, so far, truly gave me the spark that E-11 did. I learn my lesson, and I learned from the mistakes I've made. I can gaurentee that should my blacklist be removed, I'll be better and more effective as an operative than ever. I'm still dedicated to this branch, and I always will be. I hope I can be accepted, once again, as a member of Nine-Tailed Fox.

What you want to see? - SCP-682s HP buffed to 10000, and tranq-able HP to 5000. Why should we add it? - Because SCP-682 is suppose to be one of the hardest mobile SCPs for the Foundation to contain, yet too many times do I see a 682 die to the hands of standard weaponary because people ignore his adverts. All you really need is two people with a good shotgun and 682 could be contained with proper manueverability due to his swep hitbox being less than great. What are the advantages of having this? - SCP-682 will not die nearly as much, and will live up to his name as "the hard to destroy reptile" rather than "the easy to destroy reptile". That's exactly where I got it, I'm glad you noticed. I hate that people say "its just X with a gun"... that can be said for ANYTHING. 682 can be called 076 with teeth. You can describe anything using anything, but it doesn't mean that its true.

Can you point out any similarity between 076 and this SCP, beside the fact that it doesnt make zombies or eat people alive? 076 is a man with tattoos who fights challengers with a sword. He regenerates in a coffin He's literally a god. 3585 is none of those things.

However, after an operation gone wrong, SCP-5385 inhibited several anomalous properties which made him extremely dangerous to humanity due to his resilience to various forms of firepower. SCP-5385 has enhanced strength, mobility, intelligence, and extremely enhanced resilience to external attacks. What you want to see? - RULE ADDITION: "No-one should camp outside or within line of sight of a containment chamber for the purpose of instantly recontaining an SCP. (Ex. Camping SCP-939s door as he breaches to avoid feeding him and forcing him on a timer.) Why should we add it? - Because far too often do I see lazy MTF simply camp the door to an SCP and instantly recontain it within seconds after the SCP spent (usually) well over 25-30 minutes to get out. And now, they must go through a 10 minute breach timer and go through that again. What are the advantages of having this? - The advantages would make it fair for the SCPs. Why should SCPs have to waste so much of their own personal time just to get forced into a small space for another 40 minutes because players are too lazy to roleplay and feed them? The fact that this isn't a rule yet surprises me, and is likely a good cause for people not to flag up to SCPs much anymore. SCPs spend precious time to get out, so MTF should spend atleast a tiny bit of effort to grab a Class-D and bring it to the SCP, which brings me to my next point. Class-D are often bored and riot because of it. If Class-D were fed and given the opportunity to explore the map or even escape more often, that would improve Class-D gameplay aswell. Overall, MTF being lazy should not have to affect the personal time and effort that SCPs and Class-D put in just to experience some gameplay/roleplay. What you want to see? - I want to see the addon "Witcher Gates" added to the server. Why should we add it? - This addon is extremely small, being only 1 Megabyte and probably less when compressed. This would also heavily impact events, and encourage more ideas. +Support (assuming its true) Staff sits are to be done in the designated staff sit rooms which are given to staff for that purpose. Threatning a class d with a gun on surface is clear signs of a roleplay related incident.

-Support I don't think you understand the point of Freedom of Speech. Freedom of Speech is an American concept and law where you can freely speak without punishment, given that you are not breaking other American laws by doing so (disturbing the peace, as an example.). Now, the key point is that its an AMERICAN CONCEPT AND LAW. This here is not America, it is an online service created for players entertainment. The users who created this service have the right in every country to make their own set of rules. You broke those rules and failed to read the MOTD, therefore you were suspended from the service. Honestly, I support a ban extension.

+/-SUPPORT I've been killed in 682s cell while I was doing a test, and have no idea where he was still. Probably in his cell. This is an issue, but disabling 1048-A would make 1048 effectively useless and non-playable. I suggest just finding another swep instead of disabling it. -Zeta

+SUPPORT This small change would make things must easier for Class-D to avoiding cutting and for Researchers to avoid Class-D Bodyblocking other Class-D or getting generally stuck. This can really help make things smoother. -Zeta

I didn't say I didn't play music through my mic. I don't know why you brought that point up. And all my "complaining" was, is me asking who gagged me and why. All I wanted to know is who gagged me and why, am I not in right to receive such basic information? I didn't say your life had to be solely Gmod either, but you left WHILE I was gagged and never ungagged me. If you're going to gag someone, then yes you should pay attention to the person you gagged. Being gagged for an hour+ because you went to play with your friend isn't fair to me or other people of the server who need to be gagged for absolutely no valid reason. Anything after the 10 minutes I was gagged for can be considered invalid and unnecessary. If you knew you weren't going to have the time to keep me gagged for 10 minutes, you should've either: informed a separate staff member, or ungag me early as I already told you I understood. Instead I had to go through an hour+ of being incapable of speaking because you'd rather play with your friend in the meantime. NOR did I say it was in your staff SOP that you couldn't block me. My point was that it was immature to block me when I just wanted to get ungagged. I sent you a total of about 2 messages before you blocked me. And yea I told you to pay attention, whether or not its being a smartass is up to you, because you should pay attention. Why should I be restricted from properly roleplaying and playing the game because you felt like it? That's my debate and my opinion. This isn't meant to be some diss thing, I just wanted to be ungagged at the time. As of now, since the server crashed, I am ungagged. So this report doesn't need to exist at this point, I simply want you and other staff to be more carefull of their surroundings and who they gag/mute. No other staff were online until way later.

He then gagged me without even informing me he did it until I asked several times in staff and OOC chat. I asked when it would expire, he said 10 minutes. About 30 minutes later, I try asking to be ungagged as my timer was up. No staff are on, so I DMed Inaccurate. I asked him, he said he left the server. I asked why would he leave when he gagged me, then he blocked me. You haven't even read the SOP have you? They don't want to capture SCP-999, CI and GOC can come to an understanding as well. GOC is a neutral party, and just want humanities safety

All C.I does is raid and raid and raid all day long, people seem OK with that. GOC can do tests with the Foundation to terminate SCPs, GOC can capture SCPs to terminate them and do big tests on the surface. There's not much else I can add to it viable in the server.
