Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum) I should be Chaos Insurgency for such a great number of reasons. For the purpose of the application, I'll name the priority reasons. One, Lore knowledge. My lore knowledge is amongst the best in the server, I've read the lore behind the Chaos and Foundation word for word. I know everything there is to possibly know about anything in the Foundation. Two, competence and intelligence. I'm a competent person, I often make tactics and use things to my advantage to take down an enemy far greater in strength than me. Example, as a Class-D I (nearly) escaped by making a plan in my head, step for step, on how to efficiently escape without any run-ins. This plan worked, except SOMEONE activated the nuke for not-a-great-reason and I died before escaping. After that long and painful planning and being destroyed by mostly trolling, I decided to apply. I'm more than capable of being competent and following direct orders from my superiors. Third is respect, I will respect everyone in and outside of the Chaos Insurgency. This is a video game, it gets competitive which is fine and part of the fun. But I respect everyone for playing and trying their best. Finally, mostly a bunch of reasons in one, I'm loyal, honest, responsible, and active. I can be on C.I nearly every single day unless something came up. I will be loyal to my dedication toward this server and the Chaos Insurgency. I will be honest in everything I do, including taking responsibility for any mistakes I make. *This is not targetted at anyone, this is not me complaining about the server, I guess I'm looking for some last-resort advice to help me out so I can play here and have fun with friends.* So, as some of you may know I attacked Igneous and Hoovy wrongfully a few months ago. I since wrote personal apology notes and did everything to redeem myself. Still, and understandably, people around the community where I like to be (E-11 notably) dislike/hate me. This caused issues, up to and including my removal from E-11. I was wondering, what does everyone think I should do? How can I redeem my past to make a new future? How can I avoid conflict and dirty looks when I talk on discord or walk on site. How can I be a contributional member of this community, and make others happy and have fun? I want to be here, and I want to have a good time and make friends here. In my situation, that's a very difficult task to accomplish. What are your thoughts and advice for me?

What you want to see? - For the femur breaker noise to be heard from the entire facility. Why should we add it? - While playing as 106, often times the player is too involved with chasing people and having fun to notice the chat. This often causes confusion and arguments. Allowing the femur breaker to be heard facility wide will allow 106 to react better to an audible que. This will also be more realistic. What you want to see? - The following balancing changes for 106, 049, and 096 SCP-106: Cooldown decreased to 10 seconds SCP-049: Cooldown decreased from 120 to 60 seconds SCP-096: Rage requirement decreased from 2 seconds to instant (if applicable). Health increased from 2500 to Inf. Why should we add it? - Adding these balance changes would make these scps more threatning and follow lore more closely. SCP-106s cooldown of 10 seconds will give people the chance to move out of the way of the next possible Victim. This'll also avoid stupid and awkward moments where you just stand still and stare 106 down because people know he has a long timer. SCP-096 is a considerably weak SCP with such easy containment procedures. Not only in lore does it make sense to be instant, but it makes 096 more playable and fun. SCP-049s cooldown is debatable, because I'm not sure of 049-2s strength. However 120 seconds seems a bit too weak and long for gameplay, and 60 seconds may prove more viable for 049. When she came into content with people not actively expressing a joyous emotion, SCP-6829 hugged the persons in question. Dispute: A Few months ago, I acted very poorly. I harassed management of the SCPRP community for my own pity. When I was denied attention, I went to make a post going about some grand conspiracy. This incident occured Mid-2018, and I regret all of it. Since then, I've matured a lot as a person. I've written personal apology notes for everyone involved yesterday night. Now, I'm here to write another apology note in hopes to get this restriction removed so I can more actively participate in the Forums. This incident happened many months ago, slowly approaching a year, and I believe I've learned the consequences of this. As a result of this incident, I've been treated rather poorly in game. Despite this, I push on, and I still am apologetic t o those who I affected.

Join E-11. In E-11, we need to stay at Charlie-5 until theres a Defcon 3. The "EDD" not only reduces the frames of all of us near it, we don't want to hear "THUMP, THUMP, THUMP, THUMP" for 30 minutes before a Defcon 3. A simple prop that does not enhance RP at all should not drive people away from being at our own outpost because the sound is so annoying. Everyday in E11, we complain about the sound and despise it. Ask any active E11, it's terrible.

The time in which it takes to be infected can be configured up to 1000 seconds. In an event where 30 Class-D somehow slip past Security and MTF to 008, then I would have to say we need to fire every security and MTF online. I'd also be impressed if they all managed to fit in the 008 room. In reality, 008 outbreaks can be pretty easily prevented. The only time it would be out of control is if someone got infected, ran to LCZ, and then got everyone else infected on purpose. (At this point, only a hostile to the Foundation would do this. Otherwise, it'd be considered FailRP and the person who did it would be disciplined.)

Why should we add this SCP?: The Community has been in search for something new to try for a while. I think this SCP-008 SWEP can provide a good balance. This SWEP does not allow players to play as SCP-008-II, which I may try to find a replacement to later. This Mod does, however, allow a full set of configuration as to who can and cannot be infected, the range, and the infection time. I think making SCP-008 a constant SCP rather than event-only can give some biohazardous threat to the site. 6. Basic summary of the SCP: This SCP-008 mod will turn players within a certain radius into SCP-008-II. Who can be infected and how long it takes it completely configurable. This modpack is also related to an SCP-500 mod, used to cure SCP-008 allowing various testing opportunity. All SCP-008-IIs are NPCS ONLY (as far as I know) and the only reliable modpack I could find. 7. Extra information: This was the only SCP-008 modpack I could find. The author of this mod gives anyone credit to manipulate and change the code under the condition credit is given.

Dispute: A few months ago I was banned from the DISCORD of Gaminglight, not the server. I couldn't find discord ban appeals in the forums so I came here. I would like to dispute this for a few reasons. Reason 1, Realization. - I realize what I did wrong, and I do plan to improve from it. My Forum restriction is also a result of my behavior. I take full responsibility for everything I've done back then, and I plan to make a new future. As a nice quote goes, I cannot control the past. But, I can control the future, and I plan to do just that. Reason 2. Time - I've been banned and accepted that ban for many months, perhaps nearly a year. I believe after this time period, I've had adequate discipline. The Forum Restriction is still in effect and I'm willing to wait and debate that at another date. But for now, I want to join the Gaminglight discord and get involved with the community again but this time, better. I learned from my mistakes, and I will not repeat them. Reason 3. Change. - As I've mentioned, I like to think I have grown as a person over the months even if just a little. I've grown enough to believe that from the bumps and bruises in life, I learned respect and responsibility. I'm vastly better than how I was in my own opinion. What you want to see? - SCP 096 Self Breach reasons are re-done. Such as, technicians must fix SCP-096s door every 20 minutes and 096 adverts that his door is malfunctioning in 5 minute intervals. Why should we add it? - SCP096 suddenly becoming enraged after 5 minutes and needing MTF to nurse him to sleep is ridiculous. Makes no sense lore wise. I was an Event Team Member for Gaminglight and I used it as a passion and voluntary hobby to assist the servers growth. I go on an LOA for about a month because I'm currently undergoing issues which resulted in my admission to a mental hospital and my need to deal with other things regarding *life*. I was one day met with a Message stating that I MUST come off of LOA the next day or I would be kicked. With no capability of responding at the time, I was met the next day with a message. This message stated that I was kicked from the Event Team and blacklisted from it for half a year. (6 months). I asked "What did I do wrong, why"? and I received no response for days. So, I went to the Manager of the genre as the next in the chain of command. I tell him the situation and he says he doesn't fully know. The next thing I'm aware of, I was kicked and or banned from all Gaminglight Discord Servers and never contacted again. And to this very moment I have no idea what I have done wrong other than try to live my life. Overall, Igneous and 'Hoover' or Pinball or whatever you'd like to call him are terrible people in my eyes and I wanted to get this out there. I fully expect to get banned or whatever for speaking my mind on this, it's how people like them work. They silence those that talk against them in the slightest, that's how it will always work.

I've done my best to try to make the branches I reside in better and stable, and generally have the server be more enjoyable. Finally, I'm experienced. I've been a staff member or even community owner of several communities in and out of Garry's Mod. With this, I've learned to keep a stable and friendly attitude with users and make sure that I get the full story before taking action. I'm able to be friendly and efficient with my work, all while having fun and making sure other players enjoy their time here on Gaminglight. I would be a valuable asset to this staff steam, and I wouldn't disappoint. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone is Mass RDMing and they are being uncooperative and difficult, I would try to have them calm down. If they refuse to calm down, I would do the necessary punishments including contacting higher ranking staff to conduct an anti-minge for 10,000 seconds (after calling a higher ranking staff member to do this for me, due to the minge being higher than 300 seconds.) or if they are at their warn limit, contact an Administrator to ban the violator. Punishing people isn't a first resort for me, I like to try to understand why someone breaks rules whether they be obvious or not. If this reason is invalid, then I will resort to disciplinary action.
