I can say from experience having so many high ranks for general is not a good idea. I didn't work well for clone wars. We just need the 2 generals spots we have now to just be people who work hard. I trust maverick as grand general but we need someone as general who is dedicated and trust worthy to watch over the regiments. We don't need a lot of regimental over seers just a few trust worthy people.

I can help improve RP in many ways possible. The main thing I would like to work improving that I've seen working well is the communication with the Naval and the 31st when it comes to doing tasks and repairs. I will also to improve communications when it comes to working with other naval as well. For example with my experience with working up on the pits what I saw that Lieutenant RJ did really well was coordinating who was checking was and helping make sure we order the repairs/tuning of any ship sectors correctly. I can also help improve RP when it comes to correctly judging the ship systems when it comes to events. I can help to try improve RP when deciding if the ship is at a critical state or not. I know this is WAY to late but after 5 months I want to introduce myself to the rest of the community. I am 17 years old and and about to go to my senior year of high school. I want to try my best to start branching out of just Clone Wars and start meeting and speaking to more people within the community. There have been many times where I feel that I could be doing more which obviously I could and I though joining support could be a good place to start. I also really enjoy helping people with issues they have as kinda a guide which I learned from my experience as a Admin and General in Clone Wars RP. From who I met I also really have come to like the support team and I also would like to use position to not just help people but yet meet more people within the community. Pacific Standard Why would you want to join our Forum Diplomat team (100 Words Minimum)? I would like to become a Forum Diplomat to help CWRP as long as the rest of the community. I mainly want this extra responsibility because I am always looking to do as much work as I can. I also realized on the advise from Head Admin/Grand General Invaliff that do to being General and Staff It will be really helpfull for me to be diplomat for example I can keep the regimental section of the forums in check and move any apps that get denied and or accepted. Checking the forums is also something I do whenever I find myself slacking in game as a way to take a quick brake from RP and so I would love to be able manage and moderate the forums not just in the CWRP section but in the community as a whole. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how? I believe that I do have good judgement. An example of this whenever of this is whenever I am on duty in CWRP when I am dealing I deal with a player who is there just to minge. I always start off by looking at the report and what they have done (RDM as a example). Next I will always let them speak and If they shown to be mingy or disrespectful I would hand them extra punishment compared to just a typical warn like maybe some minge time added. Then if they shown to continue minging after times over I will talk to them and then jump to a ban instead of banning them on the first offense (lets say 1 week for continuing to RDM). How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? First off I would try to mute him and remove his messages. Once done that I would then later contact SMT and tell them about the situation and have the banned member punished.
