I've been in servers who had this command. If we could get it in without there being a issue I Major +Support this!

With ULX he can just get trained. He will learn with experience and like what Dylan said higher ranks are there to help with the learning process!

- Support - Supported your own application - Not enough effort put into application - Has been seen mass minging in the server

Major -Support - EMP Rifle does 800+ damage a shot with mass fire rate causing 10K+ damage in 5 seconds - Very minimal little effort on the reason showing that this suggestion possibly a attempt at getting overpowered weaponry - Nothing showing if command even approved of this idea - Lieutenant General Blizzard

But I would say this I would personally prefer if this was posted by your command instead. Even if you have permission it would look better if they posted it themselves as it is there regiment and it makes it clear they want the change.
